If you know Mammoth, you know that walking to/from the Village is after a day on the mountain is so convenient. Some in your group can sleep early even when others wants to stay out late. Once you arrive, you can ride, ski, hike, or fish without ever getting back into the car
A Loft one bedroom with 2 queen beds across from the Village and the Gondola to Canyon that sleeps a family, or two. We are 331m away from the Village Gondola, and Mammoth Brewery is right across the street.
Come stay at our 1 bedroom 2BA condo, within walking distance of the Village Gondola. The unit is quiet, just remodeled Winter 2019, WiFi, flatscreen TVs and a (2) common area hot tubs and (2) saunas.
During the ski season, you can walk to the gondola at the village. During the summer, take the Main gondola up to the top and ride down to the village on some of the most fun mountain bike trails in California.
Aside from the queen bed in the bedroom loft, the condo has a pull-out couch for two more.
This has been a lovely gift that's allowed our family to enjoy the outdoors and we're hopeful to share it with others who will treat it with respect and get some good use out of it. I've priced it as aggressively as I can and I hope that you will fall in love with the area as we have.
There is a sauna/hot tub/pool in the complex and a public washer/dryer.
Please make our home your home and come enjoy the mountains and lakes and outdoors. We have the condo professionally cleaned before each guest arrives, and there's enough towels, sheets, cooking equipment etc that you feel like you're in your home. Make a fire at night on the wood fireplace and open the windows to get a nice mountain breeze while you sleep.
Please note: This unit has been certified with by the Town of Mammoth Lakes with an Occupancy Limit of (6).
Guests have exclusive access to the interior areas of the condo, any firewood or sleds on the deck, all amenities inside, as well as a maximum of (2) parking spaces when vehicles are identified by a parking pass. Access to the pool, jacuzzi, laundry room, sauna showers, and grill and lounge area is controlled by the HOA and shared with the condo complex.
We'll be around to help you get settled in or to answer questions, but if we're not in town, I'll be available by phone.
The HomeOwners Association prohibits pets. If you will be accompanied by a Service Animal please, let us know prior to arrival and complete the "Service Dog Registration Form" available at HIDDENVALLEYMAMMOTH dot COM under the FORMS header.
One of our Board Members (Ruth Wheeler, HVVOA INFO > HVVOA BOARD OF DIRECTORS) and our Managers (Curt and Karen House ABOUT > ONSITE MANAGEMENT) have been INCREDIBLY suspicious of Disabled Guests who are accompanied by a Service Animal. On multiple occasions, they have confronted Disabled Guests to determine whether the Guest is misrepresenting a pet as a Service Animal. Sometimes this is due to the breed of the Dog, or because a Disability isn't clearly apparent. Please familiarize yourself with them so that you aren't startled if Ruth, Karen, or Curt approach you or a disabled member in your Group to conduct their 'investigation.' They are only authorized to ask the following:
1. Is the dog a service animal required for a Disability?
2. What work or task has the dog been trained to perform?
We collect 16% Transit Occupancy Tax/TBID in Mammoth Lakes, for stays less than 31 days.
There is a single security camera placed on the entrance windowsill covering the exterior front door entrance and exterior patio that does not record audio. We have never had issues with burglaries or stolen items and accept no liability and guests agree to hold us harmless in the event of a criminal act. The camera exists for the sole purpose of defending our Guests against inaccurate reports of exceeding Town Occupancy limits, violating the no-pet rule, or having more than (2) vehicles.
