Very Nice - Fit all of our needs

My family stayed here the weekend of my son's wedding. It was not far from the venue in Deleware, OH and it fit all of our needs for a family of 7! Thank you for this memorable experience on such an important time in our lives!

Columbus Visit

We were in town for my nieces white coat ceremony. The house was super cute and had plenty of space. Beginning of October so had plenty of tvs to watch football and baseball. Was nice weather so was able to enjoy the balcony also. Host was very responsive.

Wonderful Stay

This duplex was so lovely and beautifully decorated. It had more than enough space for us and had everything we needed for our 3 night stay. We had a great time relaxing at the VRBO and exploring Columbus. It seemed like it was close to everything we wanted to visit.

There were 3 of us in our group. We only stayed 1 night in Columbus. The home was perfect for our stay. My son & grandson enjoyed playing pool, but it was tight quarters. The neighborhood was nice. Did not have any trouble with street parking. Thank you, Rosaria.

Chic & Charming

This VRBO was perfect for us in every way. The location was very close to downtown, but also close to the interstate. It was directly across the street from a park which our kids loved. The beds were SO comfortable (not what we expected!) and the pool table dining room table was an excellent choice. I can't believe at how affordable AND chic this place was! The neighborhood had so many historic homes in it, and we felt like we lucked out in getting a place that was equally historic and charming.

DO NOT RENT- Beware

Where do I begin? First, it took us reaching out to the host twice in order to get check in details the day before our arrival. From there it just gets worse. The property is a duplex, located on the 2nd story with steep, narrow stairs and a loose handrail. The heating is inadequate, there’s mold on the bathroom ceilings, trip hazards from extension cords everywhere, broken blinds and light fixtures, filthy appliances; I could go on and on. We notified the host of our concerns and indicated that we would not be staying there due to the safety concerns. The host confirmed they would refund our stay, and now we have yet to hear from them after several follow ups… and clearly no refund to date. Wherever you stay, make sure it’s not here.

Summer Vacation-Home Again

We were all super pleased with this property. Plenty of room to spread out. Really enjoyed sitting out on the porch every morning with our coffee overlooking a really nice kids park. The kids had fun at the park…swinging, climbing, and catching lightning bugs. The property was very neat and ckean. Plenty of towels and linens. It was great to have a washer and dryer to keep clothes and towels washed since we were there for a week. The kitchen was fully furnished which helped when we were there long enough to cook complete meals. Also the property was in a very quiet neighborhood which was nice. We only contacted the property manage a couple of times but she was quick to respond and very helpful. We would highly recommend this property.

I checked into the property, and was concerned about several issues that needed immediate attention: The home was not clean. I found debris on the stairs leading into the property, and the bathroom tubs were dirty with chipped paint around the window ceiling. The shower liners in both of the bathrooms were very scummy and just dirty and nasty The window blinds were broken in the Master bedroom, entry hallway and kids bedroom the decorative pillows on the beds had visible stains. When I pulled back the comforter in one of the three bedroomsI found hair in the sheets which was unacceptable. There were no kitchen trash bags or paper towels. These conditions did not meet the standards I expected based on the listing. The owner was contacted and did advise they would deduct 50% off due to the issues.

Weekend Get Away

Great house--but it is neighbor dependent. We had horrible neighbors in the connecting duplex. They played loud "thumping" music until 3:00am and smoked pot that gave us and our dog a contact high--and quite a headache. After a long work week, and a long drive into Columbus, all we wanted was a good dinner, a relaxing evening, and a good night's sleep. We had a good dinner. The other two things--not so much! We reached out to the owner for help that night, but didn't get a response until the next day. I have reached out since for some type of compensation, with absolutely zero response. I also left an item in the house....and have gotten no response. We did really like the house and the location. It's too bad there aren't any quiet or "no smoking" rules that can be enforced. We aren't really picky people--but we were really looking forward to some rest and relaxation. We got just the opposite, and we didn't feel comfortable confronting some intoxicated, high, partiers. We needed help and there was none. Think twice before renting here!
