- Enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place! Just a 5-minute drive from the Rose District 🌹and a 20-minute drive from Tulsa, you'll have quick access to any local destination.

- This home has a fenced in yard - well-behaved pets are welcome as long as they are paid for ($50 pet fee) and included in the booking! 🐾Pets are NOT allowed on the furniture or in the beds.

- Smoking of any kind is not permitted. 🚭

THE SPACE:

- This 2,100 sq foot, newly renovated home has an open concept living room and dining room that moves seamlessly into the galley kitchen on the main level.

- 1 king size bed and 1 full bathroom are located on the main level. There is 1 step down into the downstairs bedroom, and there is an assist bar to use while stepping down for those needing extra support.

- 4 queen sized beds and 1 full bathroom with double vanity are located on the second level. The second level is accessed via a flight of stairs (see photos for reference).

- Lots of prep space on the beautiful quartz countertops in the kitchen, with all the amenities you'll need to prepare meals for dinner at the table that seats 10 guests.

- In the large fenced-in backyard, you'll find a fire pit with benches on the patio - roasting sticks and outdoor blankets are a complimentary amenity for your enjoyment. 🍁

GUEST ACCESS:

- You'll have access to the entire home.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:

- You may occasionally hear city noise as this home is in a prime neighborhood with quick access to fantastic local spots. This home is located adjacent to a small and quiet shopping area that has normal business hours - the shopping area is not noisy. The building directly behind the home is a local furniture store.

- Also note that this is a newly renovated home, but still has some of its original 1960s charm - you will notice the original windows and beautiful hardwood floors. 🏡

- This is a newly set up home! Please be patient as the rugs and curtains settle into their new place. 😊

- Garage is not available for use.

Family Christmas

We had a wonderful time with family from east coast meeting family from Texas and Oklahoma in this central area. The home met all our expectations. The hostess is exceptional. We will certainly stay again.

Nice Updated Home with Large Bedrooms

This is a nice home in Broken Arrow and easily accommodated our family (8 adults + 3 kids). We did bring an air mattress for the kids, which there was plenty of space for in the master bedroom. There were plenty of large extra blankets and the kitchen had everything we needed. Plus the very large dining room table and oversized couch were great. We would happily stay again.

Best place to stay in Tulsa

Had a family reunion and the house was perfect!! Clean, all the essentials you need plus felt very safe. The long dining room table was the best part because it’s the ultimate place to visit. We were close to stores, restaurants and entertainment. Our host is amazing. Great communication!!

Family reunion and wedding

The house was cleaned and well equipped but didn’t have a coffee maker or a rice cooker. We love the place and the neighborhood was nice and quiet. Windows and backyard could use a little bit more of maintenance, but overall great! Doniell is just amazing! 👏

Great stay in a convenient location

Doniell was a great host, the house was perfect for our extended family. Quiet neighborhood with good access to everything, comfy beds, plenty of parking. We had a great stay!
