Getting Around:
Car, bike, or walk within the community. You will need a car to go anywhere outside of the community. Uber and taxi cabs are available in the area, but can have long wait times or be difficult to find.
We strongly recommend that you travel in an AWD/4WD vehicle. We are located in the mountains and roads tend to be sloped and can get very icy.
Other Things to Note:
Guests are REQUIRED to register with the Big Bass Lake Community Association.

● It will be collected separately through the booking platform after the reservation is confirmed.
OPTIONAL community amenities (seasonal) pass:
● Weekdays: $8 per person per day
● Weekend: $10 per person per day
Please note, the fees listed above are not our fees as the hosts, but fees the community requires all guests to pay to cover the costs associated with operating and maintaining all the great amenities and facilities at Big Bass Lake.
Dog fee is $150 per dog. Please let us know how many dogs you will be bringing so we can request the appropriate fees.
IMPORTANT!
● We cannot accommodate same-day check-in registrations.
● Registration forms must be submitted to the office no later than three (3) business days before check-in.
● To enter the community, you must go and register at the Main Gate House as our GUEST. All adults and children must be named at the main gate.
Wander Home requires that all guests have their profile 100% verified. Please upload government issued ID and payment method in your account settings, as well as sending us a photo of your ID after booking confirmation.
For non-Airbnb reservations ONLY, any eligible refunds are subject to a 6% processing fee & adding the damage waiver fee ($40) is mandatory. This fee will be added to the reservation once confirmed.
Given the rural setting of the property, occasional sightings of ants, spiders, and flying insects may occur despite our year-round pest control efforts. We strive to manage these encounters to the best of our ability.
REQUIRED BY THE TOWNSHIP: Guest must be at least 25 years old to book the property.
NOTE: We provide enough essential items to cover stays of about 2-3 nights. If you need more supplies during your stay, you can visit one of the following nearby stores: ShopRite, Dutch's Market or Weis

There are 2 security cameras on site, all on the exterior of the property and in plain view:

Interaction with Guests:
We are here for you during your stay, but our level of interaction is up to you. We are only a phone call or message away. You and your party will be able to self-check-in upon arrival.
Please remember that you are staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on-site 24/7.
