Need additional sleeping space? No problem! The reclining sectional is easy to re-arranged and can sleep two or more additional guests.

Our base rate is for the first 4 guests; each additional guest after 4 is an additional $30 per person per night. This pricing structure allows us to accommodate different size groups fairly while maintaining associated soft costs. The home is prepared and stocked to accommodate the number of guests on the reservation. We will gladly work with you if changes are required after the reservation is made and before check-in.
