The charm of this newly updated beach retreat, tucked into a quiet corner of a cozy beachside community, is undeniable the moment you arrive. Embrace the beachside lifestyle at this coastal-chic home in the heart of Surfside Beach!

Upon arrival you will be greeted by the beautiful sunny exterior, manicured yard and corner lot. The first floor welcomes you with a professionally decorated, spacious open floor plan designed with the colors of the sand and the sea. You will find a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and cozy living space providing plenty of room to accommodate movie or music night, listening to the classic Jimmy Buffett, Beach Boys or other vintage vinyl provided.

In the upstairs space is a sitting area perfect for snuggling up with a good book, as well as a laundry room, equipped with a brand-new washer and dryer. The spacious covered porch and plush furnishings set the scene for a serene coastal retreat off of the main master bedroom.

The outdoor oasis includes furnished decks, a private fenced saltwater pool, a bench swing, multiple lounging areas and an old-fashioned charcoal grill. Another fantastic amenity is the enclosed outdoor shower and bathroom, which is a wonderful place to rinse away the sand after a long day at the beach and convenient, as it is just steps from the enclosed pool.

When you’re not unwinding at the lush abode, take a short walk to the beach, with direct access conveniently located at the end of the street, or visit the nearby restaurants, shops, events, and more! You are just a golf cart ride away to everything the charming town of Surfside Beach has to offer.

No matter the occasion or season – summer family vacation, fall girls getaway, spring fishing trip or golf retreat, Heads Carolina has everything you need.

There is beach access at the end of the street, only about 500 ft. from the home.

PRIVATE POOL
Pool heat is included. Pool cannot be heated when temperatures drop below 60 degrees. NO EXCEPTIONS.
