Guest Access:
Rest and recharge your batteries in our apartment. Enjoy a cozy lounge, perfect for relaxing after a long day. Stay active in the equipped gym or prepare a delicious barbecue in the common area with a beautiful patio with sunbathing areas and don't worry about parking! Parking is available for just $20 per night, only 1 parking spot will be available for your stay. If you need an additional one, you will need to find alternative parking in the area.
The Neighborhood:
You will be located at National Landing which is is comprised of three thriving neighborhoods: Crystal City, Pentagon City, and Potomac Yard. You will have also the best transportation network in the Washington, DC area, Only minutes from downtown.
Getting Around:
Walking distance of Reagan National airport (one stop from the station), the Crystal City and Pentagon City Metro stations, and the Virginia Railway Express.
Other Things to Note:
We Host provides basic products for personal care and cooking for the first nights.
For the safety and security of all residents and guests, the building requires a brief guest screening prior to check-in. We kindly ask that you complete this process before your arrival. Please note that if the screening is not approved, or if you choose not to proceed, we will unfortunately need to cancel your reservation
The building features a centralized HVAC system that operates based on municipal regulations. Heating runs from October 15 to May 1, while air conditioning is available from May 15 to October 1. During seasonal transitions, the system is managed according to outdoor temperatures.
The pool is only open from May-September. (From Memorial Day to Labor Day). Please note that access to the pool is for registered guests only. Each reservation includes two people to be registered. If you need to check in additional guests, they will be available for a extra supplement
We do not provide washcloths
To avoid being towed away, please park in the designated space. Use your parking pass to park in the building garage. Only 1 parking spot will be available for your stay. If you need an additional one, you will need to find alternative parking in the area. Do not park in handicapped spaces unless you have a valid permit.
