INTERIOR
A small set of stairs leads you through lush tropical landscaping to your main front entry door. You'll be wow'd by how bright & sunny this South-facing house is during the day, with a wall lined with windows & sliding glass doors facing the backyard. The living room includes an oversized sofa sectional, Samsung smart tv mounted above a cozy gas fireplace & accent seating. Adjacent is a set of sliding glass doors leading to your very own outdoor backyard oasis (see EXTERIOR below).
Dining with a view! Further down is a dining nook for 6 with panoramic city views. The dining area is open to a fully equipped gourmet chef's kitchen with modern quartz counters, modern white cabinetry, stainless steel appliances & breakfast bar for 3.

An entertainer's delight, the fully enclosed backyard is the perfect gathering spot to enjoy morning coffee poolside, daytime sun soaking on sun loungers then cool off your very own expansive pool (*pool is serviced weekly & is not heated), or evening BBQ & glass of wine. The front yard includes a separate front grassy lawn area with additional seating.

“Where the locals hang!” Our home is located in a beautiful family friendly area of North Pacific Beach. Just 1 mile to a swim/surf-friendly ocean, white sandy beaches, and killer local eateries with everything from breakfast to dessert & after-hours cocktails!

Walking distance to shops, restaurants, and entertainment along Cass St & Turquoise St. Some of our favorite eateries include Java Earth Café (coffee & pastries!), including Oscar's Mexican Seafood, Leilani's Hawaiian cuisine, Fig Tree Café (brunch!), The Fishery fine dining, Bareback Burger (grass fed meat!) & Second Nature bar/organic eatery to name a few. Also just a few blocks to Gelson's grocery market.

Within walking distance of a Yoga Studio & Beach Yoga at Law St park, Enjoy kayaking or stand up paddle boarding, jogging/walking/biking up and down the Boardwalk that starts just a couple blocks from our house! Rent beach gear at Mission Beach Aquatic center, including sail boats, paddle boats, stand up paddle boards, and much more.

A quick Uber ride or bike ride will get you to Garnet Ave & further along to Mission Beach, featuring more bars and entertainment + Belmont Park's big dipper coaster and all new Plunge pool. Other attractions include ~5min drive to Sea World, over the hill is ~15min drive to the famous San Diego Zoo, and just ~20min drive to Downtown & the Airport. POLICIES & GOOD NEIGHBOR GUIDELINES
• Guest Requirements
Per certain regulations & HOA requirements, guests must be at least 30 years of age to book with us. If your group is all adults, then all guests must meet our minimum age of 30.
• Occupancy
Our maximum occupancy refers to the number of people allowed in the home at any given time (ie includes both guests & visitors), some of which may be mandated by certain regulations. Exceptions towards the maximum number of people allowed may be made for children under the age of 2. Guest(s) agrees that more than the number of people stated on the reservation shall not occupy the premises. The number of guests includes visitors, even if they are not staying overnight.
• Noise
Our homes are intended for relaxing getaways, not rowdy beach parties. Music and other noise is to be kept at an appropriate level and in a manner that is mindful to neighbors. Noise that can be heard 50 feet away from the home is prohibited. Parties are not allowed. If there is excessive noise or music, any illegal activity, or evidence of violation of these policies, you may be asked to vacate the premise without any refund and additional charges may be assessed.
