Ok, we were warned this property was not renovated but still disappointed. On arrival, we were told hot tub was broken by previous occupant, and a part was ordered to fix it. Main reason we picked this property was for the hot tub. Not fixed until day 6 of our 1 week stay, and problem was with pump unit in garage, so I don't think it had anything to do with previous renter. Abode said the delay was because it was a New Year's holiday, but still not fixed days later. Also, Spa repair guy indicated the problem had been going on for some time...
Small things were also bothersome. No garage door openers provided, so you had to get in and out of the car in the snow and cold to open or shut garage door from panel. Almost every wooden blind in the unit had one or two broken slats which were hanging down, and the tv on a floor stand was a mess of cords, with other outlets missing their face plates.
The master bathroom had a very unusual spa tub/shower which was elevated high above the floor of the bathroom. You had to climb 3 very narrow ceramic steps to enter, which of course are very slippery when wet, and had worn out partial traction strips glued on top which were completely ineffective. This is actually a serious fall waiting to happen.
Finally, the property is managed by Abode, who were not the easiest to get in touch with. When we booked the property, we were surprised by a very large cleaning fee for one time cleaning at the end of our stay, about twice what we paid when we rented a different Queen Esther unit in the spring, and that unit included a midweek cleaning. We were also charged a resort fee which they said was standard but we have never been charged that with other rentals in Park City in the 6 years we have been coming, and there was certainly no resort amenities to enjoy. Not sure what was up with that! We also were charged a damage waiver - When I tried to get a copy of what this damage waiver covered, I got no response from Abode despite multiple attempts.
On the bright side, Abode did let us store our luggage in the garage while the unit was being cleaned prior to our arrival, and as compensation for the broken hot tub allowed us to have a late 7 pm checkout since we were taking the red eye home.
