This new waterfront space is the perfect place for you to stay! Modernly equipped, it is brand new and cozy with all of the comforts of home. From king sized beds to miraculously clean rooms, you can also enjoy a dip in our lovely pool as well as safe parking. If you are so inclined, use the brand new gym overlooking the water. We're confident that you will leave our airbnb feeling completely relaxed and content!

When it comes to finding the perfect Airbnb, look no further! Our two-bedroom home is a perfect retreat for friends and family thanks to its king sized beds, three bathrooms (with two of them being en-suite), and spacious living room. Here each guest can indulge in the comfort they deserve while having the privacy and freedom to have an amazing vacation. Fast and reliable Wi-Fi had had many of our guests working from home comfortably. 24 hour electricity as well.

Pool and gym are shared spaces overlooking the water. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a combo washer and dryer machine, as well as clothing drying racks.

The guests have full access to the private apartment, shared pool and shared gym. There is one parking space right in front of the home. The check in is self check in via a smart lock with an individual code.

Guests can reach us by messaging via the AirBnB app. Henry is our on site manager if anything is needed during the stay.

The neighborhood is safe and secure. The apartment is in a gated secure community.

We require a security deposit of $500 to be held on your credit card. This deposit is used to cover any potential damages or incidental charges during your stay. It will be authorized but not charged unless necessary. The authorization will be released after your departure, pending an inspection of the property.
Late check out fee: Check out is at 11am unless otherwise arranged with the host prior to check out. Late check out charge is $100 per hour after 11 a.m. (This is not pro rated and starts at exactly 11 a.m.) This is because our cleaners have a schedule they need to adhere to and will charge us if they have to wait to start cleaning. We appreciate your cooperation with this. If you smoke in the house a $500 fee will apply for smoke remediation.

Absolutely no parties, events, or drugs allowed on the property. If you are found breaking these rules, you will be evicted immediately with no refund.
