Disappointed and frustrated
We stayed for 4 nights. Immediately upon check in there was a strong smoke odor, there were no towels and the washing machine had a note saying it was not working. We let the host know and did not receive any response. We found that there were no towels in the property and a large number of maintenance issues (we fixed door hinges ourselves, tiles coming off in the main bathroom, TV remotes not working, large gaps around the front door and more). We reached out about the missing towels again and the lack of toilet paper ( 2 half used rolls). I ended up reaching out to VRBO who called the host. They delivered 4 towels (6 of us staying at the property but I guess children aren't real people???) Unfortunately we already spent 1000 on this property and had paid for multiple activities, so we had no choose bu to stay as everywhere was full for the holiday weekend. We never received the wifi information, despite asking twice for the details. It was impossible to get this property warm because of the gaps around the front door, temperatures were in the low 20s for our trip.
