Wunderschöne Eckwohnung am Strand von Marco Island Gulf mit WIFI in der Wohnung des South Seas Club mit umlaufendem Balkon, Südwestausrichtung und direktem Zugang zum Strand neben dem Tigertail State Park. Es hat einen der schönsten Panoramablicke auf den gesamten Strand von Marco Island. Von einem 300 Quadratmeter großen Rundum-Balkon in der 10. Etage blicken Sie von Spitze zu Spitze auf den Golf von Mexiko, den 8 Kilometer langen weißen Halbmond-Sandstrand, die staatlichen Naturschutzgebiete, einen großen beheizten Pool und die üppige Skyline von Marco Island Clam Bay. Treten Sie vom Wohnzimmer oder Schlafzimmer ins Lanai und genießen Sie die Schönheit dieses Paradieses. Tagsüber können Sie überall die Natur beobachten, Pelikane tauchen, Fische springen und manchmal Delfine spielen. Am späten Nachmittag erleben Sie herrliche Sonnenuntergänge und spüren eine angenehme Brise aus dem warmen Golfwasser. Später im Dunkeln sieht man sogar von innen eine wunderschön beleuchtete Eigentumswohnungs-Skyline in Richtung Süden. - In der Wohnung können Sie in geräumigen, aktualisierten und komfortablen Unterkünften entspannen. Das Wohnzimmer war mit neuen Hurricane-Fenstern, edlem brasilianischem Kirschholzboden, zwei neuen Ledersofas mit Liegestühlen und einem neuen 46-Zoll-LED-Breitbildfernseher ausgestattet. Vielleicht möchten Sie in einem der vielen fantastischen Restaurants speisen oder einfach zu Hause bleiben und am Esstisch zu Abend essen, während Sie draußen auf das Wasser blicken und an Booten vorbeifahren und die wunderschönen Sonnenuntergänge von innen beobachten. Vom Boden bis zur Decke reichende Schiebetüren führen von jedem Zimmer zur 50 x 6 Fuß großen, gefliesten und möblierten Veranda. Diese Eckeinheit ist ein wirklich entspannender Rückzugsort. Great place to stay on Marco Island

We had a wonderful time staying at this unit. The views, especially at sunset, are amazing. The short walk to Tiger Tail beach was fantastic. The overall location of the south seas property on Marco Island is also very convenient. It is less than a mile to a number of restaurants, grocery stores and souvenir shops. Our only not so great experience was getting into the building the first time. All entrances are accessible by key only and there did not seem to be a way to contact the main office to get into the building. We were able to get in when another resident was leaving and once we found the office, everything went great from there. The property also has a nice pool, a shell washing station, and convenient laundry rooms on each floor. The unit we stayed in was well equipped and had plenty of linens and towels. They also had a beach umbrella and 2 chairs with a folding cart that came in very handy. The parking garage next to the building was very nice as well. There were several times when it rained and being under cover really helped. As an older couple, we found the unit perfect for us and will definitely plan to stay there again if we ever return to Marco Island.

Million dollar view

First of all i have to say that the apartment is much better in person than in pics. Super clean, comfortable and the best views you can have. Johanna was very kind and explain everything before arriving about check in process and condo rules. The building was very well kept and organized and the staff super friendly. Walk to the beach is a bit long but worth every step. We enjoy very much our stay and for sure will come back here next time in Marco Island

We had wonderful weather and a good time on Marco Island. Johanna’s place was nice-we did need to clean surfaces in the kitchen upon our arrival as the fridge and counter were still sticky but other than that, we enjoyed our stay!

In Need of Updates

Pros: The view is amazing!!!! The pool is wonderful!!! The size and layout of the condo is perfect for a family of 4. The security of the condo and community was excellent!! And the wildlife visible from the condo was fantastic!! Cons: First of all there is an extra $100 registration fee due to the condominium office that we were not made aware of until 3-4 days prior to check in. The check in process was stressful, since we had to wait for someone to exit the building to get in because the keys were in the building. This condo is woefully out of date. The beds were old, very uncomfortable and the amount of accumulated dust and matter between the frame and the headboard in the master was terrible. The blinds were a nightmare to deal with. The couches were old, torn up and uncomfortable. The rugs could use a good washing/cleaning!

Our stay in Marco Island was great. The property is well cared for and clean. The views were amazing. The porch wraps around to the front of the unit so you can see sunrise and sunset. I would highly recommend.

The view is amazing! Condo is woefully outdated!

The pros: Amazing view from the condo! Beach is full of shells and beautiful! The cons: The owner inaccurately accused me of damaged fridge drawer, that was broken before we arrived. There was a broken closet door which she found out about during our stay through her cleaning crew. This is all delinquent communications. It's only been 2 weeks since we have checked out and she has called me twice to hound me about the keys. I have mailed them about a week ago and have a receipt. She probably will receive them in the next day or so. I cannot control the speed of usps. If she wanted them sooner she should have a drop box and have someone take care of it or send a prepaid envelope with the method she wants it sent. I physically went to the post office to return the keys. This is way beyond what a renter is normally expected to do. When she mailed the keys to me it was sent regular postage. She is claiming the keys are worth $110. If this is true why didn't she insure them herself?! The linens are from the 80's and towels are stained and ragged. The kitchen full of unusable items, peeling toxic nonstick pans, black caked cookie sheets and the coffee pot iis not what"s pictured. but something from the 80's. The furniture had so many patches and stains. The list goes on and on. She is also saying we had excessive laundry and was charged an extra $25 from her cleaning crew. I had to sort through the towels to find the few that weren't disgusting. It was cold the last 2 night's we were there so we used another blanket. There was no mention on the booking site that I was expected to do laundry on these items. What am I paying for?! We paid $2688 for a weeks stay in a very outdated and non updated unit. Most of the items are not expensive to replace every once in a while. She hasn't updated them in decades! I have formly filed.a complaint with VRBO because she is calling, texting and sending me emails about these keys. I'm feeling harrassed! VRBO highly recommended I post a review. I initially wasn't going too but after these events I feel I had too.

Nice view from balcony!

The condo is in a 19 story high rise with 3 slow elevators. The condo was as described. The decor could use the expertise of a professional decorator and new linens. Additionally, it would have been most helpful to include some household items....garbage bags, dishwasher soap, spare toilet paper, etc. The appliances were fine. The speakers on the TV were 'blown'. However if you want to go to Marco Island, the location is satisfactory.

Beautiful view!

I stayed here for 3 weeks in January 2021. Johanna was wonderful to work with. Checking in and out was a breeze. The property was just as the pictures show. It was quiet, comfortable, clean...and the view was outstanding! It was a perfect view of the wildlife preserve, beach and the Gulf. It was nice to have dinner at the dining table while watching the sunset. I really enjoyed my visit and would highly recommend staying here. Thank you, Johanna!

Best view of the beach, Gulf of Mexico, shoreline of Marco Island and the best part was the lagoon.

South Seas condo tower 4 unit 1011

The condo was very clean and comfortable and the building and grounds were very well kept. The owner was easy to work with and very responsive. It was a long walk to the beach, but we knew that when we made the reservation. There was a nice view of the natural area from the balcony. It was our first visit to Marco Island and we enjoyed the area very much.

South Seas stay

Another excellent Marco Island vacation! This was our first time staying in South Seas after coming to the island for over 30 years. The condo was very clean and more than enough space for our family of 4. Some things are outdated and could use an update (ie, towels), but I would stay here again in a second. The view was amazing. Great time!

The condo was inviting and equipped with everything we needed. The best part by far is the wrap around deck, giving spectacular views. Worth every penny. The pool and the grounds very well maintained! We were disappointed that it was such a long walk to the beach, but did not deter our good time. Working with this owner was a delight. She supplied us with all information needed about the condo & the building. Any question or issue was addressed quickly. We would not hesitate to go back!

Great Location!

If your looking for a Gulf front location in the Marco and Naples area, this is your place to escape and relax! A very homey and relaxing southwest view of the gulf, this condo is extremely well kept and quiet. The owner was very accommodating and easy to work. We would recommend this stay for anyone who wants direct beach access in a private setting..
