Willkommen auf umgebaut und geräumige Shoreline Towers 1111. Diese Kluft Fronteinheit ist im elften Stock des Tower One und hat unparalled Sonnenaufgang und Sonnenuntergang. Der Wohnbereich verfügt über neuere Möbel und Solar-Schattierungen, die einen Panoramablick zu maximieren. Wohnzimmer verfügt über einen 55 "Flachbildschirm und DVD-Player für Genuss sehen. Kürzlich aktualisiert offene Küche hat weiße Quarz-Zähler und neuere Geräte. Die offene Küche Design ermöglicht es Ihnen, die Ansichten, ob man in der Küche das Frühstück oder das Schüren Abendessen zu genießen. Beide Bäder haben neue Granit, Komforthöhe Eitelkeiten und volle Badewannen. Das Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett und Verdunkelungsvorhänge angenehm schlafen. Ein französisches Bett im ersten Gäste-Schlafzimmer mit zwei Doppelbetten im 2. Gast. Beide Gästezimmer haben Plantation Fensterläden für Fensterabdeckungen. Alle Schlafzimmermöbel und Betten sind neu ab Dezember 2015. Die Zimmer verfügen über Flachbildfernseher und DVD-Player. Große Flachbildschirm im Wohnzimmer. Right on the beach.

Loved this rental location and being right on the beach. The layout of the condo was perfect and we were centrally located and right across the street from a Target (this is always a perk to our family). We enjoyed our stay and the staff was always available to answer any questions (except Sundays). We give this 5 stars and would definitely stay again!

However, the floors in the unit and rug in guest bedroom were dirty. Also, the bath towels were very rough to our skin and need replacing. The sticky skillets need to be replaced.

You're high up in the tower to see East/West. I must say beds were very comfortable coming from a tempurpedic sleeper. The kitchen even had strainers. Had all the kitchen utensils and nice pans. Don't use metal in pans, they have nice ones. Enough said. Great place to stay. Did I mention 2 chaises on beach come with unit?

Beautiful condo

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a beautiful condo. Perfect views of the Gulf. The kitchen was stocked for the most part with everything you would need to cook. Bathrooms were very clean. The mattresses were a little firm for my taste, but over all not bad. The only two complaints I really have are small. One, the place desperately needs a new broom! One was broken and the other was so flimsy it was hard to sweep anything up with it. And second, the washer. Maybe it was just me, but I had a hard time getting it to go through the cycles like it should. It would get "stuck" in a part of the wash cycle and you would have to go back and hit the start button to get it to finish the wash. It wasn't a deal breaker for us on renting this condo again,just an inconvenience.

A little slice of heaven

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have been coming down to Shoreline Towers every two years for ten years now. The overall experience was great but we had a little bug problem come up that we were not happy about and the security guard was rude which we have never encountered before. Also the bed was broken and we had to have the frame removed and put the box springs and bed on floor.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First time to stay in this condo. The gulf view to the east and west is great. Condo was clean and nice. We had a wonderful week and beach wasn't crowded like it is in July. Very peaceful for the 7 of us. Tower 1 re-model is practically finished. As always I want to thank Sharon in the checkin office as she is great and Security had our paperwork ready upon arrival. This condo now has a coded door, so you don't have to worry about losing keys. We will return to Shoreline Towers in Destin.

Reviewer Comments: My family and I have visited Shoreline Towers for 20 yrs and have always been very satisfied. After my stay in 1111 I have considered staying somewhere else next year. It was by far the worst condo ever. It had cockroaches. Beds were broken, bathroom was awful, drawers missing, kitchen appliances horrible. It was awful. I would avoid renting 1111 at all cost. It was our worst stay in 20 yrs.

We love Destin and have been taking our family here for 20 plus years. This is the first time we have tried Shoreline Towers. The good, very convenient and the views are amazing. Unfortunately, that’s really all I have positive to write about this condo. As soon as you walk in the condo, it smells musty and not fresh at all. The furniture is extremely outdated. Dirty living room sofa and the rug needs to be thrown out. The table and chairs in the kitchen need a good cleaning or even better replaced. This was our Thanksgiving vacation so we had our dinner on the deck. We had to buy a table cloth because the table on our deck was rusted and old. New furniture, fresh paint and rugs are a must before anyone stays in 1111. The front door knob was old and about to come off when we arrived. A couple days later the key wouldn’t work after coming back from the beach. Management wasn’t avail to help us because they took off several days due to the holiday. No one was available to help us. We finally contacted the security guard and it took 2 hours to get a maintenance person to replace the bad knob. We were stranded since our car keys and money were locked in the condo which the key no longer worked. Highly unhappy with the condo, decor and management. We have stayed on many other beautiful condos along the gulf. Look elsewhere!!

The construction going on didn’t bother us at all. However, I would recommend the owners bring in pest control as the building entrance was completely open due to construction, there were cockroaches around the elevators and we found 2 in our room. Not the unit owners fault but just something I needed to mention. The air conditioner stopped working the last night we were there and we aren’t sure if it was a fluke or if something was broken. Overall it was a fantastic week and we loved the unit. I’m sure our next visit will be even better.

Bathroom shower door was broken and a safety issue, sliding door to balcony lock was broke, and all baseboards needed painted. Unit has nice couch’s and beds. Bar stools very old and rusty and rug under coffee table needs replaced. Overall a decent unit but needs some TLC.

Beautiful But.....

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our unit #1111 was beautiful. When we walked in the view was breathtaking. Many mornings I sat on the balcony and watch dolphins, rays, etc. It was so much fun. I even had a pelican fly right by our balcony with a good size fish in it talons. The location is outstanding. A short walk to the beach and many restaurants and attractions nearby.The unit was nicely furnished and very comfortable. Now for the cons: slow drains in the bathrooms (which was reported and supposedly fixed but we didn't see any improvement). The air wasn't working very well in the bedrooms (reported and fixed). Then there was the matter of huge roaches! They chose to hide until the day before we were to check out. We killed and bagged the BIG pests. Upon checking out I handed the keys to the lady at the front desk and she told me that's all she needed. I said no its not and tried to had her the ziplock with the dead pest in it. She moved back and said I don't want that (well guess what...I didn't either). I asked her to at least throw the bag away and advised that they needed to do something about the bugs in the unit as they were literally coming out from everywhere. She didn't even offer an apology on behalf of Shoreline Towers. My granddaughter went to get something out of a drawer in the bathroom...guess what greeted her....ROACH!!!All in all the unit is beautiful and we'd probably rent it again except now we know what is hiding everywhere.
