KOSTENLOSER STRANDSETUP von zwei Stühlen und einem Regenschirm bei Ihrem Aufenthalt. Die Einheit 1043 befindet sich im vierten Stock des ersten Turms. Dieses Gerät verfügt über eine schöne offene Küche mit Granit und Edelstahl-Geräte. Reizende weiße Schränke in der Küche und Wald grüne Wände aus der Küche und dem Rest der Einheit. Bequemen Korb und Polstermöbel ohne Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer, das Sie auf dem offenen Balkon und tolle Aussicht auf den Strand und Golf führen wird. Das Gerät verfügt außerdem über eine Waschmaschine und Trockner für Ihre Bequemlichkeit in der Küche Speisekammer! Es ist in der Master-Kingsize-Bett. Great View

We really enjoyed our 1st time stay at Shoreline Towers. The view was better than we had anticipated. There was plenty of room for 3 adults, 2 kids and a baby. The only downside was the pool and grills being so far away - but hey I will take our view any day over not having one just to be closer to the pool. Thanks for sharing a little piece of your paradise. We would definitely stay here again.

Delightfully: No surprises

Very comfortable, beautiful, fully stocked kitchen (except no salt/pepper of all things!) fabulous view and close to the elevator. The living room couches ALL had the motorized recliner features which was nice. Both bathrooms had a identical rain shower heads, also nice. The Beach Set-Up was a life-saver!

Best place. Steps away from the beach plus a week of beach setup.

In a great location close to several good restaurants if you want to walk or drive. This is our go to. Love it. The only complaint is the construction going on but once complete A+.

Reviewer Comments: We loved the location right on the Beach had a lovely view from our balcony and loved the nice outside furniture. Beds were comfortable and kitchen was nicely stocked. Only issues, the nice leather recliners did not work and the place was under construction so at 8 am they were using jack hammers on the floor below us which was extremely loud so hard to sleep in at all. Many nice places to eat near by. We would stay again. The lady in the office was always on the phone when we went down and we had to stand for a very long time before she even acknowledged we were there and did not seem to care about the issues we had with the loud construction or the recliners not working. She did call the owner but we were just told the last guest broke them. Maybe repair them for future guests.

Doable but VERY outdated.

Needs TLC from the OWNER. Cleaning staff, maintenance staff and front desk including security all can only do so much with what they have. All staff including beach service we dealt with were friendly. Some of the things I noticed … Big gaps in laundry room, under sinks. Outlet in guest room was hanging out, unsafe. Shower knobs in guest bath were hard to turn water off. Couches, dining chairs and beds in guest bath need to be updated badly. Old carpet must be removed, very unsanitary and made rooms smell musty and strong urine odor every morning. One major plus, NO BUGS, only one tiny roach but other than that I did not see any Bugs. Enjoyed the location and really hate complaining.

Great Holiday Memories Made for Thanksgiving 2021

SO comfortable and made out trip so much more enjoyable. The condo was clean, and everything was perfect. Excellent view for watchin dolphins, stingrays and other sea creatures swimming just off shore. Convenient to the beach, only steps away! AND, never before has this happened, we got there early, like noon, and our condo was ready to check into. They gave us our keys and we were unpacked and ready for the beach by early afternoon! Better than I imagined!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Yes - the condo is dated but it is right on the beach with an amazing view, It is really spacious and has everything you need. Elevators are fast and there are carts to bring your stuff in and out. It's across the street from a Target and Winn Dixie as well as within walking distance to a coffee shop and an ice cream shop. The pool is heated which was nice because it was cold several days we were there. It also comes with beach chairs and an umbrella which made going to the beach super easy because we didn't have to get down early to "claim a spot" or bring a bunch of beach equipment. And my favorite - decent water pressure and a lot of hot water. My only suggestion would be to reorganize the kitchen cabinets so there is more room for food/snacks. My girls and I had the BEST spring break and I would definitely rent again!!!

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Upon arrival we noticed obvious food stuff dried on the counter and the balcony door from the main bedroom doesn’t lock. We called the office and they sent someone up to clean. They came with glass cleaner and barely wiped the counters and they obviously needed a good scrubbing. I have little faith in the cleanup g procedures so we used a disinfectant and cleaned ourselves. No one ever came to fix the door. The dryer gets really hot but the clothes stay wet. Several light switches didn’t work and there was sand on the tile floor. The unit cannot be effectively disinfected due to the fake plants and wicker furniture. The couch was hard to get out of if you have back problems and the bed is very uncomfortable. This is our 3rd year here. We love the location but did not enjoy this unit.

Our unit 1043 needs a new living room set, the couch is very uncomfortable and the chairs are too. We have had this unit for 4 yrs and same furniture. It's time for a new set. We are older and we watch TV in the evening and would like to be able to get out of the furniture. Your view of the water is beautiful.

Great beachfront Condo

We brought our grandchildren to Destin for a vacation after school recessed for summer. The condo was beautiful, well-equipped and the beds were comfortable! There is plenty of room, a beautiful view, it’s super close to the beach, and not far from the pool! We had a wonderful time and the weather was perfect! On our way home the grandchildren said “Mimi can we go back next year to that condo ?” I would say it was a rousing success, and I would recommend this condo, for a family trip or girlfriends getting together! There are a multitude a fabulous restaurants and plenty to do for children other than the beach and the pool. Destin is a Great area to vacation!!

We are planning on staying in the same condo 1043 next January, February and March, 2020. The only downfall is the uncomfortable living room furniture.
