The home was very clean. I was greatly disappointed in two features. 1. ) It was misrepresented in the add. It is NOT a floating home. The photos make it look as though it is floating ON the river, however it is set on a cliff far above the river. 2.) The workmanship on the interior was a joke. Tile that was not covering the area on the kitchen backsplash. As well as pieces hanging over the edge on the area. Flooring that didn't fit the area. Missing knobs on drawers in the kitchen. No light, dresser or ANY TYPE of closet in the third bedroom. Curtains that fell from the window if you tried to adjust them. Spray painted ceiling over the deck - not covering the whole area. A spiral staircase going down to the river that was EXTREMELY dangerous - held up by a chain and a strap. The water heater was placed in the third bedroom but was covered with a halfway finished wooden box thing with no top because it was not finished. The hot/cold in both showers was difficult to adjust. It was either VERY hot or cold. We have a two year old grand daughter and I felt this house was very unsafe for her. I contacted the owner and the not tub was cleaned late the next day. I also expressed that the cost was not justified in the value. She agreed to give me return $200.00. I am VERY disappointed!
