What’s Up Beach Bungalow/ Fenced pool/ SLEEPS 8

This beautiful and roomy bungalow has everything your family and friends need to get your vacation off on the right foot! Not that left footed people can’t beach! Anywho, enjoy the proximity to the 2 beach accesses just down the street, only made better by the use of the included 6 person beach cart! Take it easy on old Bessy! She has not been treated nicely in the past and it shows but, until I get some more renters this season, she’ll have to do 😜Keep her plugged in when she’s not in use.

What’s Up Beach offers a golf cart however, please use it to only go back and forth to the beach assesses nearby. It can get crowded on the streets and for the safety of our guests and ease of other drivers, we ask that you limit the amount of street time.

The house also comes with Cornhole and some beach gear. Relax by and in the pool after a day at the beach. The back slider and windows are equipped with an alarm so the little ones can’t sneak out and float in the pool alone. Push the button on the wall next to the slider if it’s screaming!

Not the best place to stay
I want to start by saying that the owner was very friendly and I think tried to be accommodating. However, there were just too many hiccups to consider staying at this property ever again. 1. We had issues upon checking in getting a code to open the door. 2. The property is located next to a swampy-like area. A local city worker came by one day to spray for bugs next to the area and advised us to not let our kids play anywhere near it due to snakes. 3. The golf cart listed with the property has plates that were expired over a year. We were pulled over twice for this issue and given a ticket. 4. Our first night there, we went to use the grill listed in the accommodations and the propane tank was empty. My husband had to go pay to refill it. 5. You are only provided 2 trash bags, 1 paper towel roll…you are responsible for providing everything else. 6. One of the bath mats has blood on the corner…had to wash it upon arrival. 7. The payment system/portal they use for management is not congruent with VRBO. I received an email the week before our arrival saying we still owed a balance but I have a receipt indicating we paid in full. The amounts from VRBO and their portal reflected different amounts as well. Overall, I would not stay here ever again. Way too much confusion/hassle and not the best location for kiddos being next to the swamp. We have stayed in much more family friendly places in Seagrove.

Two amazing beach accesses await you just a few hundred feet down this beautiful quiet street. And 1/2 mile away is Seaside where you have amazing restaurants and food trailers reading to serve you delicious food options! Not to mention the shops and market place.
A few mile west is Grayton Beach where you can park and shuttle for free to the beaches, restaurants, and live entertainment!!
