accommodates up to 8 people and includes:

• (1) Sleeping Room / Office: Private flexible room with Queen pull out bed and
office desk
• Main Room: Sitting area with a Queen pull out bed
• (3) Full Bathrooms
• Backyard Porch: Overlooks the private pickleball court shared with the other unit.
