Marvelous Waterfront! Pool/ Spa 1BR King with Deck
Are you looking for a marvelous waterfront unit to enjoy your beach vacation? Come and stay at Seahaven Suites here on the Island in Corpus Christi. You will feel right at home and ready for the beach in the marvelous 1 bedroom with a king bed. Designed for a single or couple but the couch does fold out for a group of 4! Perfectly situated to sample all of Corpus Christi's favorite outdoor pastimes like beaching at the Whitecap Beach, birding at Mustang Island State Park and of course fishing!
The space
This condominium is a very pretty end unit single within a boutique 9 unit waterfront complex designed exclusively for guests. This upstairs unit has a beachy yellow cream on white paint scheme, updated granite waterfall breakfast bar and floating bathroom vanity. Access to our shared pool / hot tub, and ample outdoor space. The complex has hundreds of feet of waterfront for fishing in our own private honey hole. Seagulls, pelicans, herons and cranes are constant companions on the property.
Kitchen - Fully renovated kitchen cabinets in 2023 with an electric stove, toaster oven, light grey arabesque backsplash and a high-end granite counter top. Breakfast bar setting for 3. Fully equipped, comes with:

Coffee maker with mesh filter and included coffee / Creamer / Sugar
Plenty of pots/pans/cooking utensils

- Living Room - Open living room with 72 inch sleeper couch and complementary barrel chair and sitting poof. 4 person dining set with beach themed place mats. Monopoly / Scrabble and a poker card set are included in the coffee table. Built in electric fireplace offer many lightening setting and a heater. LED candles are placed throughout the unit. Outdoor deck has 2 sitting chairs and a small table to enjoy the sunset and waterfront views.
– Bedroom : This is the bedroom with a very comfortable King-sized bed set against a fun jungle themed wallpaper. The thick wood floor has a great pop when walking, a fan with remote and a 50 inch TV on swivel. The bedroom has a large 4 drawer wardrobe and perfect nook with desk and lamp. The nightstands are teak with rattan and have USB charge ports on the lamps. A full length LED mirror is build in to the wall and adds a modern flare.
– Bathroom: Large bathroom with modern LED mirror fully wrapped in tile. Large vanity desk with lighted magnifying mirror. Vanity is floating with granite. Oversized bathtub with shower. Floor is tiled in white herringbone with a grey marble border.
– Utility Closet: Iron / full size ironing board are in the closet off the kitchen. We also include a beach cooler, 2 beach towels, and 2 beach chairs along with a broom and dustpan. Top mount washer / dryer also inside this closet.
– Outdoor area: Our sunshaded pool is right at the waters edge and is an excellent place for photos and relaxing. There are multiple loungers within the pool area and many sitting areas along the 150 foot deck. Try our jacuzzi after a great day of beaching! We have accents lights at night and also have a bar area and outdoor dining table at the bulkhead. (first come first serve) This is a great space for enjoying our beautiful canal in good company.

Guests will be able to access their unit as well as the common areas of the complex around the pool and by the bulkhead.

This unit has one designated parking space. Please be mindful of the parking. The parking space is listed "Unit 8" clearly painted in yellow. We also have 6 spots designed "Guest" which are 1st come 1st serve. We have parking for large trucks or trailers designed as "Trailer Parking" 20'x8' There is ample street parking.
Dogs are allowed at the property with a maximum of 2 per booking. We have a grass area in front of the building for dogs. Extra fees per dog will be charged as follows:
$130 for stays of 7 days or less
$275 for 8-29 days
$400 for 30 days or greater.
Please keep your pets leashed at all times within the property and please do not leave your pets unattended inside the unit unless they're in a kennel. If an unreported pet is found to be staying in the property, the guest may be charged $500.00 and will be asked to vacate the premises without a refund.
Pet charges for Service Animals and Emotional Support Animals.
Service Animal: A dog or miniature horse that is individually trained to do work or perform tasks are not charged under the pet fee policy.
Emotional Support Animal: An animal that provides companionship, relieves loneliness, or helps with depression, anxiety, or certain phobias but is not required to have special training to perform tasks are charged under the pet fee policy.
***Potential Additional Charges***
$50 - leaving Doggy dudu around the property and not cleaning up after your dog. We have designated grass areas for dogs with trash bags.
$500 - Smoking or Vaping indoors and leaving the unit with a strong residual Marijuana or cigarette odor
$30 - per night, per guest - beyond 4 guests staying
$10 to $50 - Replacement costs for stains on linens, towels, pillow cases, hand towels, comforters etc.
