This renovated duplex has 10 bedrooms in total, with 5 in each unit. There are 5 Bathrooms in total, with one unit 3 bathrooms, and the other 2 bathrooms. Two cozy living rooms with 55" 4K TVs, sofas, and two fully furnished kitchens. Plus, it offers easy access to FSU via the nearby school bus route. Metronet 1Gb fiber Internet (1,000Mbps/1,000Mbps). The dwelling has been adorned and embellished to offer our guests an economical but comfortable stay. This renovated duplex has 10 bedrooms in total, with 5 in each unit. There are 5 Bathrooms in total, with one unit 3 bathrooms, and the other 2 bathrooms. Eight rooms are furnished with queen-size beds, one room with a twin-size bunk bed, and one room with a floor mattress.

Pet policy:
Max of 2 pets; fee applied. Must be counted when booking, including visitor’s pets.
Video surveillance agreement:
A security camera may be installed in the front door and/or the living room.
Visitor policy:
Visitors are required to obey the house rules, and can NOT stay overnight without updating your reservation to include them as guests.
Check-out policy:
Check-out time is 10 am. Remove all the trash in the room before you leave.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENT
The residence is most comfortable for groups of up to 10 people (5 for each unit). However, we understand that you may need to gather with your family and friends in larger numbers. Therefore, we allow a maximum of 16 people to stay in the house, so you can enjoy a joyful time with your extended family. This accommodation is determined by the availability of the maximum number of "beds" in the building. We could potentially provide additional mattresses (regular one/futon or airbed) or foldable beds upon request, although this is not guaranteed. Please make sure to confirm this with your host before finalizing your booking. By having more than five people in a group, your booking signifies your understanding that you might need to make your own sleeping arrangements and accept some compromises on comfort, and this cannot be subject to complaint.
For families with infants, we do provide a crib for each residence. If you require more cribs, we recommend reaching out to the host before confirming your booking.
PET POLICIES
Traveling with pets is a rewarding experience, and we're delighted to provide you with a pet-friendly environment that promotes responsible pet ownership and a pleasant stay for all our guests. For families traveling with pets, we welcome dogs and/or cats only as companions during your stay. The maximum allowable number of pets is two.
