This is a lovely 2-bedroom 2 bath condo located on the 3rd floor of the much-desired Shipwatch Villas oceanfront complex. The lushly landscaped grounds of this well-established complex provide a tropical backdrop for your Topsail Island vacation. This 3rd floor unit offers access to the large community pool, outdoor grilling area, beach access and outdoor showers, all for your enjoyment.
The open layout and Tuscan coastal décor create a relaxing atmosphere. Relax in the comfortably furnished living room and enjoy the gorgeous ocean views from the wall of windows and the sliding glass doors. This unit also overlooks the community pool and beautifully landscaped courtyard area.
The modern kitchen includes granite countertops, custom cabinets and all the amenities you will need during your stay. Seat 6 at the dining table, 2 more at the counter, or take your meals outside on the covered balcony.
This condo sleeps 6 comfortably.
The master bedroom is equipped with a queen bed, private bath and direct access out to the oceanfront balcony.
Bedroom 2 is equipped with 2 double beds and a full bath with tub and shower is adjacent just outside the bedroom door.
There is a private laundry area in the hallway with full-size washer and dryer.

PLEASE DO NOT GO DIRECTLY TO THE PROPERTY BEFORE CHECK-IN AS IT WILL ONLY DELAY THE PROCESS FOR YOU.
