Stay in a central location in San Antonio, the historic Tobin Hill neighborhood w/ nearby hospitals! Full of protected craftsman and Victorian homes, this historic community is near the Pearl District, famous Riverwalk and downtown San Antonio, making it perfect for both leisure and work.

Unit features high ceilings, in-unit laundry, a 70" TV in the living room, a king bed, a full bunk bed, 2nd TV in bedroom, full eat-in kitchen, high-speed Wifi, and desk.

Non-smoking, no pets please.

The Space:
This is a spacious one-bedroom guesthouse with high ceilings attached to a historic house in the beautiful Tobin Hills neighborhood. It has an oversize bedroom with king bed, a full size bunk bed, and a large living room with a futon. This historic home is ideal for you to work remote or enjoy the town from a central location. There is a stackable washer dryer in-unit for your convenience.

The living room has a 70" smart TV, and brand new furniture. The large kitchen features a full-size fridge & oven, all new appliances + drip coffee maker, and a dining area for four. Kick back and relax and enjoy the flat screen in your living room or bedroom.

Please note that this is a first floor guesthouse that is attached to a larger two-story main house. Your space is entirely private, however there may be noise from other guests staying in the main house upstairs. Access is through your own private entrance located on the side of the home off of the front porch. There are a few steps leading up the porch to the front door (NOT wheelchair accessible).

This beautiful historic home was built in 1907 and its original floors and doors have been preserved, so you may sometimes hear squeaking. This community is in transition, so you will see a mix of newly restored and older homes with a diverse demographic of people, and sometimes you may hear cars driving by out front.

It is a non-smoking and pet-free home.

Guest Access:
Free side ribbon parking spaces are next to your unit B entrance. You may enter the unit by walking up the side staircases, or by walking up the front porch, turning left, and entering at the door on the left side of the house. Please do NOT enter the main house facing the street from the front porch.

No need to worry about keys, as you'll receive a unique code to access the smart lock.

The Neighborhood:
San Antonio has some of the most famous historic sites in Texas. It has much, much more for visitors to see and do. Set in the south center of Texas it has countless museums and entertainment options for you to enjoy, while its scenic RiverWalk connects many of the main tourist attractions in San Antonio together, including the Alamo and the city's historic missions. To experience some of San Antonio's fine cuisine, try dining in the Pearl District, or enroll in a cooking class.

Best of all, you are just less than 10 minutes drive away from all of these attractions. Tobin Hill is the very first historic district in San Antonio. You will experience quite some history in this historic heritage home in the heart of Tobin Hill district.

Getting Around:
Pearl Farmers Market was recently named one of the Top 10 Farmers Market in the nation by USA Today and voted San Antonio’s Magazine’s Best Farmers Market 2022.

Pearl farmers market opens each weekend in the morning, Saturdays 9 am to 1 pm, Sundays 10 am to 2 pm. Free parking is available at Pearl Brewery West Parking Lot, corner of East Myrtle Street and E Elmira St.

Other Things to Note:
Spending quality time together with your family is as important as doing laundry or remote work at your office desk. This is your home away from home. Soak in the rich history, listen to live music, visit fantastic museums, and taste some of Texas' best restaurants all in beautiful San Antonio.
