Because this home needs to be a 31 night or more rental, we require the following:
An application will need filled out for a background check.
Renter's insurance will need to be in place prior to move in.
A lease and addendum signature required.
Minimum one-month deposit due prior to arrival.
Utilities and snow removal not included.
Pets allowed only at owner discretion.
