This is a brand-new townhome centrally located in Granby, CO and 25 minutes from Winter Park. Take a dip in the hot tub, head over to winter park for world class skiing or go next door to Grand Elk for a round of 18! If your group is in an adventurous mood, it is also an excellent home base to Winter Park, Downtown Granby, and Ski Granby Ranch.

This home has 3 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 8 guests comfortably. There are a total of 1 King beds, 1 Queen beds, 4 single (bunk beds), a pullout couch and an additional large couches.

Bedroom 1 - The main upstairs bedroom has a 12-inch memory foam King mattress with beautiful views of Granby.
Bedroom 2 - This mountain themed bedroom has a luxurious queen mattress.
Bedroom 3 - This bedroom comes with two bunkbeds for a total of 4 single beds. It is perfect for kids and adults alike!

You'll find three clean and fully stocked bathrooms with bright lighting, large mirrors, and hotel-grade towels in this home. You'll find two walk-in showers. All showers are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash for your group's needs.

Prepare a quick snack or a large feast in the fully-stocked kitchen. The main dining table is nearly has enough chairs for 6 guests. This table is perfect for your group to enjoy all the games this house has to offer.

Guest Access:
You’ll have access to every room and feature of this home except the owner's closet. Make yourself at home; your hosts are just a phone call or text away if you have any questions or want recommendations for things to do nearby. There is a keypad on the front door for easy and secure access to the home.

The Neighborhood:
This is a beautiful neighborhood located on the Grand Elk Golf Course in Granby, CO with main access to Downtown Granby, Winter Park, and Grand Lake. There is a grocery store1 minute away and many local restaurants in the surrounding area!

Other Things to Note:
This home is in a residential area on a quiet street and being respectful to the neighbors is our most important rule. Parties that are excessively noisy will be shut down promptly, and possibly be threatened with civil prosecution. If you are unsure if your group fits this description, please reach out to ask and we will be happy to help. Our neighbors take this rule very seriously.

Several days prior to check-in I will send you a link that contains an e-manual. In this manual, you will find all necessary and relevant information relating to your stay. I have also included my suggestions for the best things to do around Denver/ Arvada, my favorite restaurants, hikes, nightlife, and much more!

Please note that we have installed a ring camera cameras outside of the property for safety purposes. There is one near the front door that monitors the driveway. There are no cameras inside the property. Our cameras are motion-activated and are stored in the cloud for a month. There is also a noise detection device installed on the inside of the home. This device CANNOT record or hear anything that is said, its function is to alert us if noise above a certain decibel level is reached.

Please note that smoking of any kind is forbidden INSIDE and will result in a minimum fine of $1000. You are welcome to step onto the back patio and enjoy.
