This well-appointed home with accompanying 1,000 square foot guesthouse, which is located upstairs over the former 3-car garage turned gameroom zone, has practically everything you need to create your own private paradise, including:

Items of Note
Regarding pets, pet fees are $125 + $20/pet/night. This will be charged through Airbnb after the booking is confirmed. We ask that you only bring well-behaved pets who are house-trained :) You are responsible for picking up after any pet brought to the property, any damage or disturbance caused by pets, and accept all liability for incidents involving pets. Thank you! *The yard is fully fenced in.

Guest limits: This property has a guest limit of 8 standard and 14 maximum. Extra guest fees apply beyond standard occupancy.

Maintenance: This property has regularly scheduled pool maintenance/cleaning every Monday & Friday.

* Before booking, see the House Rules including our policies about being a good neighbor. Failure to follow our House Rules will be considered a violation of your rental agreement and may result in immediate eviction from the property without a refund plus you may incur additional fees and costs.

Please note that not all staging items in the photos are included.

We do not allow the pool to be heated at this home. If the pool is heated at any point in time by our guests it is a minimum $500 fee due to the cost that we will have for this.
