Guests have full access to the condo and are welcome to use all amenities from the clubhouse which includes complete workout room and access to the community pool, and clubhouse facilities.

Our guests can enjoy the Day Pass at Casa Dorada Resort Beach Club and Pool. It is a great way to spend the day by the beach and enjoy having access to the resort facilities. Please inquire about the special rate that our guests have. No reservation is needed, we recommend early arrival at the Resort to ensure availability. *This is a third-party property price and access is subject to the availability and capacity of the Resort.*

While it might seem like there are some construction noises when you first arrive, the building's interior design ensures that these sounds blend seamlessly into your surroundings and won't distract from what really matters: relaxing in paradise! If you're very sensitive to noise or want absolute peace & quiet for yourself then this may not be the right property but if otherwise, you want to take advantage or our discounted rate and enjoy beautiful views, great amenities and location, this is a great option.

According to community rules and regulations Maximum Occupancy of this Condo is 4 guests and CAN NOT be exceeded at any time: Additional guests over the max. are not allowed, reservations arriving with more guests than the ones booked and registered will be denied check-in | Visitors to the Condo (during the day) are welcome, as long as the max. occupancy is not exceeded. $250 USD fines are applicable if this rule is violated.

Remember this property is Dog-Friendly (15lbs or smaller), we need to be notified upon arrival if you will bring a dog, an extra $100 USD cleaning fee (per dog) will apply with no exception, last-minute arriving pets won't be allowed on the property.

In order to maintain a secure and enjoyable environment for all our guests, we do not permit external vendors inside our properties. Our concierge service is available to recommend trusted vendors for any assistance you may need. Thank you for your understanding.

We accept monthly reservations, however, an additional refundable security deposit of 300 USD for each month may apply, please confirm this before booking.
