With 2 large bedrooms and a bunk room, this spacious penthouse comfortably sleeps 8 people. As you enter ‘High Tide 30a’ you are greeted by an open floor plan featuring the kitchen, dining room, living room and patio all in one large and connected space. You will fall in love with the oversized covered patio with Gulf views! It is the perfect place to sit back and relax while listening to the waves roll in.
Back inside, the Master bedroom lives up to its name, with its extra large size, direct access to the patio and master bathroom with a huge jacuzzi tub and shower. The second bedroom is extremely spacious as well and both rooms feature nice flat screen TVs. The bunk room gives the kids plenty of space and privacy as well as easy access to the second bathroom. Down the hall you will find a washroom with a full sized washer and dryer to make your stay even more convenient.

Located on 30a, across the street from the Seagrove Beach access, this award winning property is located in the heart of beautiful Seagrove Beach. It offers on-site tennis courts, your choice of 2 pools, a nature trail through a native cypress forest, a pond, picnic areas, basketball hoop and a sunset lookout deck. Cassine Station is walking distance to most of Seagrove's restaurants such as Cafe 30A, Angelina’s Pizzeria, The Perfect Pig and Mi Casita. Just a short bike ride to Seaside, the Big Chill, and all that Scenic 30A has to offer.
Parking available only to owners and guests. Elevator on the SE side of the building, just off the parking lot. There is an emergency care, bank, an ice cream shop, and small store (including alcohol options) on the ground floor.

**Cancelation Policy**
Reservations may be cancelled by notifying 30 North Properties, in writing, at least (30) calendar days prior to your Check-In date (“Cancellation Period”). In such instances, 100% of your advance payment will be refunded. If you cancel a stay or a portion of a stay after the Cancellation Period, you will be responsible for the full amount of the total booking charges with no refund. No discount to the total booking charges or any refunds will be given for any adjustments or changes to your reservation after the Cancellation Period for any reason, including: late arrivals, early departures, inclement weather, maintenance and/or housekeeping issues, failure, outages or noise. We cannot be responsible for weather related, and or personal emergency issues affecting travel, including COVID-19.
