Das neu renovierte Haus befindet sich in La Quinta Cove. Die schönen Santa Rosa Mountains aus dem Vorhof und der Coral Mountains durch die neu wieder aufgetaucht Kies tech beheizten Pool / Spa zu sehen. Vorderen Hof hat sehr bequemen Gartenmöbeln beim Entspannen neben einem benutzerdefinierten Wasserspiel. Wander- und Radwege befinden sich in Gehweite. Dieses Haus ist nur wenige Minuten von der Altstadt La Quinta, die wunderbare Restaurants, Salons und Boutiquen hat.

Das Wohnzimmer hat ein offenes Konzept mit hohen Decken und Steinmauer Akzente. Für Ihre Unterhaltung haben wir einen 60-Zoll-LG HD-Flachbild-TV mit Kabel, WLAN-Internetzugang und unbegrenzte Anrufe in die USA und Kanada zur Verfügung gestellt. Diese Küche ist voll ausgestattet und verfügt über Granit.

Haupt-Schlafzimmer hat ein Queen-Size-Bett und ein 32 in Samsung Flachbild-HD-Flachbildfernseher. Das Master-Bad ist sehr schön mit einer ebenerdigen Glasdusche gefliest. Zwei Waschbecken mit Granit. Schiebetür off Master-Bad ermöglicht schnellen Zugang zum Kies tech beheizten Pool und Spa. Erste Schlafzimmer hat ein Doppelbett, während das zweite Schlafzimmer hat zwei Einzelbetten, ideal für Kinder. Zweites Badezimmer ist aus dem Flur, die einfachen Zugang zu den beiden Schlafzimmern ist. Das Badezimmer ist auch sehr schön mit einem Glas begehbarer Dusche und Granit Zähler nach oben gefliest.

In voller Größe Waschmaschine und Trockner sind aus dem Flur in der Nähe von allen Schlafzimmern.

Wenn Sie gerne Golf spielen, bietet das Coachella Valley mehrere renommierte Golfplätze. Silver Rock ,, La Quinta Resort and Spa und PGA West sind innerhalb weniger Minuten von unserem Haus.

Das Haus ist innerhalb von 8 Minuten Fahrt zum Empire Polo Felder, wo Coach, Postkutsche und Wüstentrip Konzerte stattfinden.

Enjoying Indian Wells tennis with friends

Such a wonderful time with friends. We have stayed in hotels closer to the venue in the past but this was so much more comfortable. We had space to spread out and relax in the evenings and Marla was super responsive to any questions we had. Thank you.

Marla was a wonderful host and communication with her was excellent. We have stayed in a lot of VRBO‘s, and I only give reviews to the best homes. This home is very clean, well stocked, and in a very quiet area. The pool and hot tub area are beautiful and newly redone. We were very happy with the house both inside and outside. Beautiful Home!

We loved our stay in La Quinta! We were there for family Thanksgiving and needed to prep a couple of side dishes to bring to dinner and found the kitchen very well stocked for meal prep. The pool is beautiful and we did enjoy a dip in the spa! All instructions were thorough and easy to understand which was very helpful. Would definitely stay again!

Marla is an amazing host! Her home is beautiful, always clean, and incredibly comfortable. It’s fully stocked and spacious, perfect for the entire family. Perfect for private family getaway

Clean House

This house was very clean and decorated nicely. It was pretty close to the event as well. The neighbors kept to themselves, and it was in a good quiet neighborhood. The pool was very nice to have. It made the 105-degree temperature seem like 80 degrees. The house could have held more people, but I went on this trip with the wife only. We had a 3-bedroom house to ourselves basically which was nice! There were a few annoying crickets that got into the house. But they didn't last long! :) All in all, it was very enjoyable stay, and we had a great time. I would stay at this house again if I were in the area. It was very secluded and easy to check in and out of. thanks!

Relaxing Pool Getaway

Awesome place for a relaxing pool weekend getaway! My 2 friends and I loved floating and swimming in Marla’s beautiful large pool the entire weekend. We went in June and the water temperature was perfect without it being heated. The pool waterfall makes a peaceful sound. Trader Joe’s and other stores less than 10 minutes away, which is great since her kitchen was begging to be cooked in. Marla also stocks the house with the necessities - olive oil, spices, coffee, tea and best of all - there’s filtered water and ice from the fridge! The house, rooms and bathrooms were decorated cute and comfy. We loved watching movies on the large TV at night. Just be aware that there are a good amount of bugs at night time (during the day is fine) since it’s the desert. Marla was helpful and responsive. I hope to return soon! :)

Wonderful Vacation

We had the best time. The owner, Marla, is amazing, responsive and accommodating. We had a blast in the pool every day and were allowed to have friends come over and join us. The house and yard are beautiful and clean. There were pool floats to use and books and games to enjoy. We will definitely be back to enjoy this hidden gem in La Quinta!

Weekend Getaway

The home is absolutely beautiful. Everything you could possibly need Marla has at the house. The kitchen appliances are high end great quality. Plenty of towels for pool and showers. We are from Northern California. We have three grown childred which are married with kids. We wanted a place where our family could go and relax. We enjoy the sun, water and walking and this place provides everything we were asking for.

We have traveled in this area many times and just love it. Once we decided to purchase a home we knew it had to be near the Santa Rosa Mountains. Our current home, it takes at least an hour drive to get to a major mall, Costco or Trader Joes. We like the fact that everything is so close. Major shopping, golf, restaurants, casinos, entertainment just minutes away. Also the fact that the home was resently remodel was and added plus. It was move in ready in a very nice, friendly neighborhood.

Setting in the front courtyard and enjoying the western view of the Santa Rosa mountains. Listening to the waterfall is very relaxing and a perfect get away. Walking and bike trails are a few blocks away. Old Town La Quinta is within walking distance.
