This condo sits on the seventh floor of Phoenix East, a beachfront property with all sorts of resort-style facilities. Enjoy access to indoor and outdoor pools, a beachfront sundeck, a hot tub, saunas, a fitness center, and courts for tennis, basketball, shuffleboard, and racquetball. When you're ready to get out and explore, downtown Orange Beach (one mile), Gulf State Park (five miles), Perdido Key State Park (six miles), and The Wharf (six miles) are all close by.
Each day begins outside on your corner balcony, a gorgeous spot to linger with your breakfast and morning coffee. The afternoons and evenings are every bit as special, whether you're sipping cocktails, watching dolphins play in the waves, or simply marveling at how the sunset paints the night sky.
The interior is decorated in the colors of the coast, with floor-to-ceiling balcony doors bringing the outside in. There's a well-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, an adjacent dining area, and a living room with a TV - all with views of the Gulf below. In addition to the primary bedroom (with its own TV), you'll have a bunk nook in the hallway and a sofabed in the living room. Central air, a washer/dryer, and complimentary WiFi are provided as well.
Things to Know
ROOFING PROJECT UNDERWAY
Phoenix East will commence a Roof Project on Monday, October 28, 2024. The project is expected to take approximately three months to complete. There will be general construction noise throughout the project. The highest levels of noise will be experienced on the upper floors. Light dust may be encountered occasionally throughout the project. In addition, the southwest corner of the parking lot will be blocked off throughout the project for staging of the crane and project materials. If you plan to visit Phoenix East between the October 28, 2024 and January 17, 2025, please make your reservation in accordance with this important Association project. Refunds will not be available for construction related disruptions.
Effective immediately, all parking passes will need to be purchased online and no parking is allowed on-site without doing so. After booking, Vacasa will register you in the HOA's parking system (VRPS). Before your arrival you will receive an email to pay for your parking pass(es) and put them on hold for your stay. This is an HOA imposed fee and Vacasa does not receive this. The reservation holder must be 25 years of age or older in order to obtain parking passes.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
