Welcome to Surf's Up! This beachfront townhouse is the perfect place for your next family vacation! Beautiful Gulf views await as soon as you walk in the door! Boasting two bedrooms and three full bathrooms, there is plenty of room for your whole family to enjoy. There's a full, updated bathroom downstairs with a washer and dryer, along with a fully equipped kitchen and spacious living room with a sleeper sofa. Enjoy cooking while watching the waves! Right outside the sliding glass door, you'll find an open patio with a path straight to the beach. Heading upstairs, you have a bright master bedroom equipped with a king-size bed, along with a private bathroom and private balcony overlooking the emerald coast. Down the hall you'll find a second bedroom with two queen-size beds and a private bathroom.

This townhome has had nice updates recently including all new beds and toilets!

Making Memories

The townhouse was really nice. Very clean and had everything you would need. Basically just bring yourself. We could walk out the back door and right onto the beach. Out the front door there were many places we could walk to. We loved our stay, we will be back again!

Amazing View and Great Location!!

This property was great. Amazing view the moment you walk through the front door. Opens directly on the beach giving quick, easy access for beach activities throughout the day, including beautiful sunsets. My wife, daughter and I had an amazing time during our stay. If you are looking for a great property at a great price, this is your place! The property was surprisingly quiet despite a small motel next door and public beach access. Go-karting, mini golf and several great restaurants are just a short walk away.

Place was fantastic. Right on the beach, walk out your back door onto sand. Place is updated with good appliances, very roomy and beds are comfortable even the sleeper sofa. We will definitely be back.

Amazing spot!

Perfect, directly on the beach with a short walk to get there. Everything you need right inside. Clean and tidy. Plenty of utensils, dishes, towels, etc. Master bed was very comfy and the balcony view was great. They had a “janitor” closet which was so handy. I was able to sweep and vacuum as needed, which was often with the sand. Both rooms and living room had smart tvs so that’s a plus with teenagers. The patio is nice in the evenings, we grilled out several times. Both the owner and the property manager were extremely nice. We will definitely stay here again! Highly recommend this gem!

Amazing access

Nothing between us and the water except sand! The weather was wonderful, parking was easy and the simplicity of walking out the back door straight to the water was perfect! A larger sofa or more chairs in the living room area would have been nice, but we didn't spend much time watching TV anyway. It was a bit pricey - especially to have no pool, but we really enjoyed our stay.

Lovely week

We really enjoyed our week here. The property location was great being right on the beach! The townhouse was fully updated inside and the beds were all quite comfortable. We had everything we needed in the kitchen to cook for our family of six and plenty of space for everyone. We were surprised to find three large cockroaches throughout our stay, especially since the unit was very clean and new. Maybe just a bug spraying issue. Overall we really enjoyed staying here and would do it agian!

Very nice condo

They condo is very nice and pictures are accurate. It is wonderful to open your back door and be on the beach. We had some issues during our stay, and the owner was at the condo the next day to address them. The only complaints I have is that this condo is near public beach parking and the beach can get crowded on a weekend. Also there is a bar near the condo that plays extremely loud live music during the night that can be heard in the back bedroom. The condo itself is extremely comfortable and I would stay here again.

Almost perfect vacation

Overall we really enjoyed our stay here. The accessibility to the beach was the best feature, the construction was not though, however. Two units were undergoing renovations and almost everyday we woke up to construction sounds. But that wouldn’t deterred us from renting here again. We had a blast going to the beach everyday and really enjoying the scenery and accessibility this property provided. Thanks for the memories!

Amazing location

Could not ask for a better location!! Walk directly out the back door to the beach. Location is nice bc it’s not in the crazy overcrowded areas surrounding pier park either. Would definitely recommend staying here!!

The property is wonderful. It was very clean.

My family really enjoyed this property. David Dees was wonderful, very nice and returned calls. He made the process easy. The property was very clean we had everything we needed to cook. We had clean sheets comforters everything was very very nice. Walk off the patio onto the beach you couldn’t get no better than that. We are planning to stay again.

Nice house not great communication by manager

The house itself was great! Main bedroom shower is amazing! The roperty manager never returned my messages about checking in. Listing says check in is at 4pm. We did not get into our unit until 6:20pm. And we never received a message saying it was ready, like we have at all other properties. We found out it was open by driving over and checking. The unit is right beside a public beach access which is not mentioned anywhere It is pretty busy around the town house with condos surrounding it. Overall the beach was fine and the house was great. Very spacious, clean, and great layout. We are just disappointed with property manager's lack of communication and help.

Great place to stay

The access to the beach was unbeatable. It was a quiet area and the townhouse was very nice. It was well stocked also. We would definitely stay here again. The only downside, if you can call it that, was the bed in the master bedroom. It was not very comfortable. At some point, I'd recommend upgrading to a better mattress.

Relaxing beach vacation!

Our stay was everything we wanted. The view was fantastic, and it was great being right on the beach. The only complaint was the next door neighbor was doing roof work during our whole stay, so being woke up early on Saturday and Sunday was annoying. It was easy getting to and from the townhouse. The whole place is very nice. The shower in the master bath is absolutely amazing!! We would definitely stay here again. Thank you David!

Great getaway!!

We had a great long weekend on the beach. David was extremely helpful and the location of the property couldn't be beat. Loved that we could bring our pooch along. We will be back.

Our stay was amazing! It is in a great location near everything that you need to go to. The beach is right in the backyard and it has a great view! Would definitely rent the place again!

Panama Beach

If you want a great place to relax, this is it. The beach is right there and you don't have to travel to get to it. Get up with your morning coffee and enjoy! This was a great place to stay. We cooked in several nights but also enjoyed some great seafood at nearby restaurants. I would recommend this if you want to get away an relax.
