This beautiful 1-bed/bathroom condo is the perfect beach get-a-way! Unit 211 is Located on the 2nd floor with serene views of Lake Carillon. The unit has been completely renovated including luxury tile flooring, spacious bathroom, quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, shiplap and designer furnishings.
Primary renter must be at least 18 years of age. Guests may be asked to present their IDs upon arrival or anytime during their stay. Do not rent this unit for another party. The primary renter must be staying in the unit.
Carillon has uncrowded beaches, sidewalks and paved streets for walking and bike riding. Seahorse Cottage is less than a block to the tennis/pickleball/basketball courts and Bellview Pool (heated seasonally).

DINING/KITCHEN:
The dining table seats 6 and has a breakfast bar with 3 bar stools. The kitchen has an electric stove, microwave, GE fridge, dishwasher, and plenty of counter space. The kitchen is well stocked with all the conveniences of home, including a coffee maker, lots of dishes, silverware, pots and pans, dish cloths and towels, towels.
Parking:
The process for paying for permitted parking at Carillon Beach condos is completed by guests, so please ensure you follow the directions provided:
30a Seascapes will share an invite link with the guest (a maximum of two cars are allowed per condo). The guest will then use the link provided to pay for parking, $35.00 per pass.
This will grant you a QR/PIN codes to access garage, pools, tennis/pickleball courts and all beach walkovers.

DOWNTOWN CARILLON MARKET:
The downtown Carillon Market has two eateries: Lake Powell Pizza (wide selection of pizzas and sandwiches for eat-in or take-out) with a full bar and indoor/outdoor seating, and Little Beach Cafe with outdoor seating serving breakfast, lunch, desserts and ice cream. There's also a third restaurant, Grat-i-fy. It's a great restaurant with a full bar, serving seafood, burgers, and daily specials. It has indoor and outdoor seating overlooking Lake Carillon.
You'll also find Shipwreck Ltd. in the Carillon Market area for beach apparel, hats, snorkeling gear, gifts, snacks and bicycle/paddleboard rentals. There's also a Pilates/Yoga studio, a Fitness Center and Salon Baliage and Spa. No need to go offsite to eat, shop, work out or get your hair done.
There's a Publix, Winn-Dixie, and a CVS less than a mile outside Carillon's gates to the right on Panama City Beach Parkway.
OTHER SHOPPING, DINING and ACTIVITIES
Fabulous Pier Park is only 7 miles from Carillon where you can shop (Dillards, JC Penney, Marshalls, etc.) and have lunch or dinner (Margaritaville Restaurant, The Back Porch, Pompano Joe's, Paula Deen's, and other local eateries). It also has a Sky Wheel attraction and a movie theatre.
For more family fun, there's go-cart rides, putt-putt golf, Ripley's Believe it or Not, Wonder Works Upside Down House, Gulf World, and a huge water park, Shipwreck Island, within 20 minutes of Carillon. There's also deep-sea fishing at Captain Anderson's Marina on Thomas Drive in PCB. There's so much to see and do close-by!

Non-negotiable rules: No Smoking or Vaping, No Pets, No Events or Parties, No Firearms. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am (unless posted signage indicates otherwise). During the month of March guests are not permitted to bring visitors on property.
