Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed our stay! We were a little disappointed that the nearest pool was closed the whole time, but here were others not too far away. I wouldn't recommend it for elderly people as the elevator is quite a walk from this unit. But for me, I loved being right by the stairs. My mother had a hard time with the walk though. It was clean and had plenty of sleeping space! The spiral stairs could easily get your head though! I would stay here again! You are a little further away from restaurants and shops, but I loved how peaceful and serene it was. It wasn't over crowded with people. It was almost like having a private beach!

We felt very secure, with the security team checking on everyone entering the complex - and we often saw them making rounds on the grounds. It was great to have a variety of pools to choose from, and the beach was beautiful. It would be nice to have more shade at the pools (I know that's out of condo owner/manager's control).

Cute condo. Did not pay enjoy attention that there was not a washer and dryer in unit and laundry on property cost $4.50 per load. Otherwise it was a good place to stay.

Nice location for a quick fall getaway. Plenty of room and short walk to the beach and pool. I had an issue with the A/C and the property manager had it fixed quickly. Definitley recommend!

This place was nice and quiet. Close enough to get into some heavier activity when you would like to. Only thing to complain about was the unexpected unannounced maintenance man to fix something we didn’t know was broke and the bug spray maintenance the following day. Would have been nice to know they were coming but it’s also nice to know they are maintaining the property. Not a big deal for us and we would definitely stay again.

Pleasant and comfortable
We were looking for a relaxing time at the beach with no worries. This place fit the bill. The unit is conveniently located to the pool and the beach access. The place was clean and very nicely furnished. The furniture and the beds were very comfortable. We truly enjoyed our stay.

Second time staying here
Overall it was nice. We like how close it is to beach access and the pools. We did have a moment when getting there the heater was on and it was 90 degrees but I’m guess the cleaning person made a mistake. By the time we went swimming and to dinner it was cool inside. The tv this time wouldn’t connect to internet so we could use it as freely as last time at night but oh well. The place was clean and we had fun.

All the Comforts of Home at the Beach
This gorgeous condo was perfect for our family of 5. It's in a great location with gorgeous views and easy access to the beach. The resort was very easy-to-navigate and we loved all of the amenities! The condo was clean, cozy and felt like home! A 5-star review would be possible with a few updates. First, the kitchen is stocked with essentials for the most part, except for flatware. There are only a few forks/spoons. Also, the resort laundry payment system was really confusing at first and kept giving me an error message. Customer service was quick to help! Access to the condo was very easy. The beds were comfortable. We loved the giant sectional couch after beaching all day and cooked several meals in the kitchen! Our son loved his loft sleeping area and having two bathrooms was great! We also appreciated the convenience of paying for parking and chair rental ahead of time. We'd definitely stay here again!

Prefect for a small family!
Beautiful condo unit on the 3rd floor, near the stairs for easy access, great views of the property and the Gulf. There were plenty of dishes and glassware, but I would advise to bring your own disposable flatware as there were only 4 forks, a few spoons, and plenty of knives. Otherwise, everything else was great!
