Welcome to Waves, a 20-unit complex in the heart of Pompano Beach, Florida. This 2-bedroom apartment has a spacious living room, dining area, kitchen, washer and dryer, and gated pool on property for you to lounge under the sun. We are within walking distance from the beach and ample restaurants, nightlife and attractions to choose from. This apartment has 3 double beds and sleeps 6 guests, and is the perfect getaway for friends or family during your next Florida vacation!

Conveniently located, the FLL airport is a mere half-hour away, and you'll find yourself in proximity to diverse dining options, vibrant nightlife, expansive malls, cozy cafes, essential grocery outlets, and the iconic Pompano Beach Pier. The washer and dryer, fully kitchen and spacious storage space sets the scene for an ideal long-term stay!

**$350 Pre-Authorization Hold:** We require a $350 pre-authorization hold on your account upon check-in to cover potential damages. This is not a charge, but a hold. Check-in will not be permitted without a valid card on file to cover any incidental charges or potential damages during your stay. Provided there are no damages, missing items, or house rule violations, the hold will be released 5 days after your check-out.
Guests must send a photo of a valid ID that matches the name on the reservation via message before receiving check-in instructions.

-***Occupancy limits per the number stated in this listing are strictly enforced per city ordinance -and full names (legal first and last names) guests must be provided upon booking.

-One parking spot per reservation in the driveway. Only standard-size personal vehicles are permitted, and no trailers, boats, vessels, recreational vehicles (including RV’s, campers, mobile homes, 4 wheelers, etc.), buses, box trucks, oversize, or commercial vehicles are allowed—$ 500 fine for violation. Violation may result in immediate cancelation of the reservation without a refund.

-Host reserves the right for service providers to access the exterior of the property to maintain landscaping, provide pest control, and provide other maintenance services during the guest's reservation

-No parties/events/gatherings. Any guest/group found to be having a party will be required to leave immediately without a refund for any remaining night(s). $500 fine for violation.

-Quiet hours are from 10 PM- 9 AM. Any noise complaint will result in a $500 fine. Violation may result in immediate cancelation of the reservation without a refund.

-No indoor smoking. Smoking includes but is not limited to cigarettes, hookah, vaping, pipes, cigars, and any cannabis use. Outdoor smoking at least 10 feet from the building is permitted, and all windows/doors to the unit must remain closed while smoking outdoors. $500 fine for violation. Violation may result in immediate cancelation of the reservation without a refund.

-If you would like to bring a pet, you must inquire BEFORE BOOKING regarding breed limitations and agree to our pet policy (1. Immediately clean up pet waste and dispose of bagged/sealed waste in an outdoor trash bin or provided pet waste receptacle, if provided. 2. Keep them leashed or crated anytime they're outside. 3. You acknowledge responsibility for any damage caused. 4. Pay the pet fee prior to receiving check-in instructions.). There is a $100 non-refundable fee per pet to cover the additional cost of cleaning.

-Checkout is at 11 AM. If you want 12 PM noon checkout, please inquire whether it's available for your stay (for an additional $25) by 9 PM the night before your scheduled departure! Requests made after this time will not be able to be honored since it affects the cleaners' schedule.

-Check out time is 11AM unless otherwise agreed upon with the host and late 12PM check out fee is paid prior to 10PM the night before check out. Failure to check out on time will result in overstay fees.

-Check-in is any time 4 PM or later. Due to increased precautions, if you want to request early check-in or to drop off bags before 4 PM, that must be requested and approved in advance. Due to the cleaners' schedule, requesting early check-in or early bag drop-off does not guarantee it will be possible.

-Since South Florida has a sub-tropical climate, it almost never gets even close to freezing, which leads to it being a desirable climate for humans, geckos (brown anoles), and insects. While rare, and despite routine pest control, it is possible for an insect or gecko to get inside through an open door, window, etc. Refunds for finding insects or geckos are not given.

-We stock the initial supply of consumables (like toilet paper) and towels/linens based on the capacity of/sleeping arrangements in the unit. Additional consumables or towels/linens are available for an additional fee.

-Do not adjust any mounted TVs. Due to its size and weight, it can't be swiveled/moved.

-To help ensure the safety of our guests, the property is monitored with exterior cameras. These cameras do not infringe upon any private area as they are all exterior. Exterior Cameras capture and record audio and video. No unplugging, moving, or any alteration of the security cameras or any of its cords, base station, or any other parts/apparatus. $1000 fine for violation. Violation may result in immediate cancelation of the reservation without a refund.

-It is unlawful for a sexual offender or sexual predator to occupy this residence and if so determined pursuant to subsection 15-278 [8] of this Code and the certificate of compliance number shall be included in all advertising.

-Crypto mining or similar activities are not allowed as indicated in our listing.

- Any guest who would like to have packages delivered at all must first obtain host permission. No packages may be delivered to the property outside of the guest’s booked and paid reservation dates. We are unable to store packages before or after a guest’s reservation. While we accept packages, please be aware that receiving USPS mail is NOT permitted. For any mail-related needs, we recommend utilizing local post offices or other available mailing services in the area.

- Once the stay has been completed, it is mandated that guests refrain from leaving luggage or personal belongings upon checkout. Please be aware that we do not possess a storage facility for such items.

Pompano's Poorest

Wish there had been a way to research this place other than the 2 pics supplied and to see exactly what this block looked like before I rented. I didn't know Pompano Beach even had a block like this. It was a rundown block with ramshackled low-rise housing. It was no wonder that VRBO would not give me the address much before my getting there. It was a seedy apt that I was happily surprised when I only killed one water bug. The a/c condenser was inside a closet in one of the bedrooms which made sleep difficult. Judging by the other tenants I was amazed we ween't burglarized. Specially since the chain lock on the front door had been broken. Pass this one up.

Needs millions in repairs to be a reasonable rental

This place is a dump. I'm shocked the electrical is even to code. Half the switches dont work and are connected to nothing. They've got extension cords all over. Holes in the ceiling with black stuff hanging out. Leaking vents all over. The furniture is disgusting and it appears the tile work and wall repairs were done by a 5 year old

Nice place and location, would stay again.

Nice property, all amentities except for cable (had roku but no instructions to use it). No wifi for PC? Good location... beach was across street and within walking distance to pier, restaurants and shopping. Also close to free taxi service. Had a couple of issues with AC and hot water but was easily fixed at circuit breaker. Checkin was easy and management/owner was responsive to questions. Pool looked clean but did not use it. Would stay again
