HOME HIGHLIGHTS
☆ INDOOR LIVING: Our condo is situated on three levels. When you enter the home you can go upstairs to the kitchen and living room, or downstairs into the bedroom areas. We have two bedrooms downstairs, a cozy master bedroom with a queen bed and a bedroom with two double beds. The upstairs kitchen and living room is open concept with a warm gas fireplace and beautiful outdoor balcony. On the balcony you will find a Traeger Pellet BBQ.
☆ ENTERTAINMENT: For the times you aren’t out exploring, we have smart TVs in each bedroom and the living room. The living room is equipped with a Sonos soundbar under the television.
☆ KITCHEN: We have a fully equipped kitchen with a range of appliances for your stay including; an instant pot, drip coffee maker, toaster, ice maker and more!
☆ NORTHSTAR AMENITIES: With your stay we provide 2 Northstar amenity passes. Each pass will allow you to bring 8 people with a small access fee per person per day. The passes allow you to access the Rec Center, Golf Course (additional fees may apply), indoor pool, and other amenities.
☆ PARKING: We will provide 3 parking passes, and the parking outside of the unit is unassigned.
☆ NEIGHBORHOOD: Our neighborhood is tucked away in the pines with beautiful views from the balcony and hiking trails right behind the condo. Enjoy the best of both worlds being tucked into nature and still only minutes away from Northstar Village.

HOME TRUTHS:
- A/C: Like most homes in Lake Tahoe, our home does not have air conditioning, but we do provide fans in the living room and downstairs master bedroom.
- BALCONY: While we try to keep the balcony clear, there may be times when you arrive to snow on the balcony. We provide a snow shovel and ice melt to help clear the area.
- UNCONTROLLABLE CIRCUMSTANCES: We are not responsible for uncontrollable circumstances inherent to Lake Tahoe such as poor air quality during wildfire season and snow during the winter months. We recommend 4WD, chains, or snow tires in the winter and if you would like to protect your trip for reasons not covered by Airbnb’s policies, we recommend the purchase of external trip insurance in the event your travel plans change or you need to cancel. Our cancellation policy will stand.
- MOUNTAIN LIVING: living in the mountains means there may be other circumstances we can’t control like weather causing wifi and power outages. Our HOA plows the parking spaces and clears snow from the stairs and walkways but you may need to use the provided shovels to clear the walkway and driveway as they can get snowed over quickly.
Please note that this rental does require purchasing short term vacation rental insurance for stays up to 29 nights (reservations longer than 29 nights will need to discuss insurance options with Tahoe Cohost Collective prior to booking).
