Walking in the home, you'll walk directly into an open floor plan with a spacious and welcoming kitchen and living room with an 86" Smart TV.

To the left will be the dining area. Straight down the hall will be your linen closet with extra linens and blankets, the guest bath, and laundry room and two bedrooms with king size beds on your right. Each bedroom has a closet for clothes with hangers and extra pillows if needed, and a 43" Smart TV.

At the end of the hall will be the Queen/Queen bunk beds with a 65" Smart TV and an attached bathroom with a walk-in shower. The toilet has it's own door for additional privacy.

There are board games, card games, darts, Pac-Man, cornhole and a mini foosball/ping pong/basketball game in the master closet (I'm working on making this better, bare with me). There is also a tent for kids to play and use their imaginations.

Carport/Driveway has room for 2 large vehicles comfortably, possibly 3 large vehicles but will be a tight fit.

You'll have access to all rooms except for the owner's closet and mudroom closet.

NOTE: There is construction in the neighborhood and will continue through 2025.

Use propane fire pit at your own risk, must be at least 21 years of age and attend lit fire pit at ALL times. No cooking/heating food over the fire pit. Ensure propane and fire pit is turned off after use. There is a 60 minute timer on the propane; for longer use, extend the timer.
*Additional fees of $500 or more will be charged for additional cleaning and/or damage if rules are broken.
*Owner is not responsible/held liable for accidents/injury that may occur while igniting and/or using the fire pit.

3-5 person hot tub. Use hot tub at your own risk. Hot tub may be cold upon arrival as our cleaners drain, clean, and refill after each guests stay. Owner is not responsible for any injury and/or accidents that may occur while using the hot tub. I am working towards replacing the hot tub with a larger one - bare with me. I am trying to provide a comfortable experience for all guests, it just takes a little time.
