Kindly complete it within 24 hours to secure your reservation. If the agreement is not signed, your booking will be cancelled with no refund.

Getting Around:
● Drive, bike, or walk within the community. Guests can easily bike to the lake, waterpark, a convenience store, and numerous restaurants. Alternatively, these amenities are just a short 2-5 minute drive away. You will need a car to go anywhere outside of the community. Uber and taxi cabs are available in the area, but can have long wait times or be difficult to find.
● We strongly recommend that you travel in an AWD/4WD vehicle as we are located in the mountains. Roads tend to be sloped, can get very icy, and aren't always plowed quickly or efficiently.

DOG FEE:
● $100 per dog. All dogs must be vetted. Please let us know the breeds and how many dogs you will be traveling with so we can adjust the fees accordingly.

Wander Home requires that all guests have their profile 100% verified. Please upload government issued ID and payment method in your account settings, as well as sending us a photo of your ID.
For non-Airbnb reservations ONLY, any eligible refunds are subject to a 6% processing fee & adding the damage waiver fee ($50) is mandatory. This fee will be added to the reservation once confirmed.
NOTE: We provide enough essential items to cover stays of about 2-3 nights. If you need more supplies during your stay, you can visit one of the following nearby stores: Lake Harmony Market, Ahart's Market & Dollar General
When drought, weather or other conditions present an unusual fire risk, a burn ban may be imposed by the community without prior notice.

We have 4 exterior security cameras on site. They are all in plain view and are located in the following locations:

Interaction with Guests:
We are here to assist you during your stay, but the extent of our interaction is entirely at your discretion. You can reach us via phone call or message whenever you need assistance. You and your group can self check-in when you arrive.
Please bear in mind that you are staying in a private house, not a hotel. We kindly ask that you treat the property with respect. If any issues arise, we will do our utmost to address them as quickly as possible. However, please be aware that there is no on-site staff available 24/7.
