Spacious flat in great position
The ground floor apartment or condominium is in a lovely residential location of Princeville, above the bay and amidst golf courses and wonderful nature. Good shopping facilities locally. Most restaurants, etc. are down at the bay. Parking is in a reserved slot in front of the house. Location and impression 1a!
The flat itself was fully equipped and in good condition. The washing and drying facilities were great. We also had some beach equipment, which was really useful. We also used the jacuzzi early evenings at the nearby communal, spacious and well maintained pool, which was super!
The condo bed was a bit soft for our liking, but we Europeans like harder beds and it may suit others.
Sometimes between travels we sat for a coffee or beer on the spacious patio, which is an added private bonus.
In summary, a great location, good condo and excellent price/performance. Communication with the owners was without problems and we got our deposit back.
