Casa Surf is located one block from the surfbreaks, bike path, 55-foot steps from Newport bay Channel & Park. The ideal location for the Beach activities; Surfing, Kayaking, SUP, Sailing, Cycling, Beach Volleyball, Yoga, Running, etc. Included parking in the garage for ONE car (Max 75” H).

#Rental minimum age: 25
#Any kind of smoking is prohibited in/on the property.
#No party/event/gathering.
#No dogs, and any types of pet
The space
Casa Surf is perfect for a getaway or a longer stay. Wake up and take a stroll on the shore, a dip in the sea, a chair to the sand, or romp in the surf. 🏝️ Casa Surf's outdoor shower will set you up for the next adventure. A paddle on the bay just a few steps away.

The Bay is a great place to take paddleboards out on. Kayak and SUP board landing “Channel Place Park” is a short one block from the house. Go shoot some hoops, play Frisbee, Yoga, do a cartwheel on the grass, or ride a swing at the playground.

TRAFFIC NOISE:
One side of the house is facing 5 lanes boulevard.
Part of this house may not work if you have noise sensitivity. We can not control the traffic noise

STAIRS:
2 stairs inside, 2 stairs outside. Please look at the listing photos.

COOLING Systems:
No AC. Tower fan and Wall-mounted fan only.
Guest access
Guests have sole access to Casa Surf.

NOTE: garage, outdoor shower, and outdoor side areas are shared with our other house on the same land.

Beach chair, Beach wagon, Beach towels, SUP board & paddles, sand toys are available for the guests without extra charge.

The garage parking space is reserved for the registered guest only.
Size of Parking space; 75” Entrance height, 7'3" width x 23’ depth.
Fits ONE mid-size car without a roof rack.

24/7 No parking on the Alley. You’ll get a citation of $85 up or towing.
Other things to note
TRAFFIC NOISE:
The one side of the house is facing 5 lane part of Balboa Blvd.
Not a good fit for a noise-sensitive person, light sleeper.

#No Visitors allowed.
Unregistered guest will be charged $100 per person per day.

#No Smoking, any kind of

#No incense, candle
We don’t permit burning of candle, incense, or burning of any kind inside/outside of the house.
