This bedroom also has a sliding door that opens onto a deck with a couple of chaise lounge chairs. From this deck you have access to either walk down to the backyard, or upstairs to the living room deck. There is also a laundry area with a full size washer and dryer. Walk up half a flight of stairs and there are two more bedrooms and a hall bathroom. Both bedrooms have queen beds. Then walking up another flight of stairs to the delightfully large kitchen, dining room, and living room areas, all open concept. This is a grand wide open area with cathedral ceilings, three huge window seats, and again gorgeous views of the ocean. Also on this top floor is a half bathroom and a master bedroom suite. If you want to people watch, it is a perfect place for that. The top floor deck facing the ocean has all high boy chairs and table which gives you great views of the ocean. There are two outside showers under the house and you can park a car in the garage, plus another three cars in the driveway. This home has everything you want to have a good time at the shore. The BBQ is located in the backyard, not on the deck and there are stairs from this area to the living room, so you can walk right up with your juicy steaks and burgers.
