Welcome to Moorhead! Our charming 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom home, is a perfect retreat for families and groups looking for a comfortable and entertaining stay. Nestled in a peaceful neighborhood, our house offers a blend of modern amenities and cozy touches to make your stay memorable.

Getting Around:
- Armory event center is a 6 minute drive
- Concordia and MSUM are a short 5 minute drive
- West Acres Mall is an 11 minute drive

Welcome to your home for the day, week, weekend or however long you are staying with us! As you enter the home you will notice right away that our home is setup a little differently than most. We have an elegant dining table in the upstairs living room space as this home does not have a dedicated dining area space. The living room upstairs is smaller, converting this to the dining space was the perfect idea in order to accommodate our guests dining needs!

Bedrooms:
The four thoughtfully decorated bedrooms provide a serene and inviting atmosphere. Each room features comfortable bedding and ample closet space so that you can hang up that beautiful dinner dress or that snazzy dress shirt. Regardless of which room you choose to lay down that sweet head you are guaranteed a peaceful nights rest.

Bathrooms:
With two beautifully appointed bathrooms, mornings and evenings will be a breeze. The bathrooms are equipped with modern fixtures and plush towels, offering a spa-like experience. Start your day with a refreshing shower or unwind in the evening with a relaxing bath.

Dining Space:
As mentioned before you will notice our well-appointed dining area. This is the heart of our home. The dining space is perfect for sharing delicious meals and creating lasting memories with those you love. The dining area is designed to accommodate your group comfortably, fostering a sense of togetherness. Enjoy homemade feasts or takeout from nearby restaurants in this inviting space.

Entertainment Space:
For those moments of relaxation and entertainment, our house has a dedicated entertainment space in the basement that will delight both kids and adults. Kick back on the comfortable sofa and enjoy the latest movies or binge-watch your favorite shows on the streaming TVs. For the gaming enthusiasts, there's an Xbox one with a small collection of video games to keep everyone entertained for hours.

Kitchen:
The fully equipped kitchen is a chef's dream, featuring modern appliances and all the essentials for preparing delicious meals. Whether you're a culinary expert or just looking to whip up a quick snack, you'll find everything you need in this stylish and functional space. Step outside into our spacious backyard in the right seasons, the fully fenced in yard is perfect for unwinding and enjoying the outdoors. The expansive lawn is perfect for a game of frisbee or simply lounging in the sun. A patio with comfortable seating provides an ideal spot for grilling or sipping your morning coffee. Again use this in the right seasons as it may be a bit chilly sipping your morning coffee when it is 30 below!

Guests will have access to the full house during their stay, including the garage. There is a closet in the upstairs we keep locked for cleaning supplies but other than that the house is yours! Although I will not be available in person, I am one short call/text away.

Quiet Neighborhood that is located in South Moorhead. Please respect the neighbors and follow the 10pm - 6am quiet hours.
