Dies ist unsere Ferienwohnung direkt am Meer am besten trockenen Sandstrand von Malibu mit Panoramablick auf das Meer. Im Sand gelegen. Dieser wunderschöne, erholsame Strand ist unter dem Namen Carbon Beach oder Billionaires Row bekannt und wird von vielen Prominenten besucht. Weniger als eine Minute zu Restaurants, dem weltberühmten Malibu Pier und Surfrider Beach!

Diese Ferienwohnung ist direkt am Meer mit Panoramablick auf das Meer. Es gibt eine große private Terrasse zum Entspannen und Essen im Freien, Whirlpool, Granit und Geräte aus Edelstahl unterstreichen diese komfortable Vermietung. HD-Flachbildfernseher im Wohn- und Schlafzimmer, Blu-ray und Stereoanlage.

Voll ausgestattet mit allem Nötigen: Gasgrill, Gasherd, Mikrowelle, Kühlschrank, Waschmaschine / Trockner, Bettwäsche und allem Nötigen zum Kochen und Essen.

Wir bieten alle Bettwäsche, Handtücher, Liegestühle und die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet, so dass Sie nicht das Nötigste einpacken müssen. Es gibt auch eine Waschmaschine und einen Trockner vor Ort.

Pazifik hautnah

Die Lage des Appartements ist traumhaft!! Der Pazifik liegt einem zu Füßen, man braucht allerdings einen Tag, um sich an die damit verbundene Geräuschkulisse zu gewöhnen. Der Strand, der Pier und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind zu Fuß zu erreichen. Am 4. Juli konnten wir von der Terrasse aus sowohl das Feuerwerk in Santa Monica, als auch am Malibu Pier bewundern. Auch für einen Tagestrip nach L.A. (Getty Center, Hollywood-Zeichen, Griffith Observatory,...) war die Lage optimal. 4 Sterne aus dem einzigen Grund, dass die Schlafcouch zu diesem Zweck absolut unbrauchbar war und wir uns Luftmatratzen kaufen mussten. Das Bett im Schlafzimmer war gut!

This is my new favorite unit at this complex on the beach in Malibu. Huge balcony directly over the beach, King bed, and large jacuzzi tub make this the perfect place to stay in Malibu.

Worst Vacation Ever

Unfortunately, this was the worst vacation we’ve ever experienced, primarily due to noise issues from our neighboring units next door to us and above us! Property management was contacted as well, but the noise level didn't improve from either units. It’s disheartening when people aren’t more considerate of those around them. We wanted to enjoy our vacation too, but it seems that was too much to ask for. I hope that future guests have a better experience and don’t have to deal with similar issues. I feel sorry for whoever stays here next. Good Luck!

First VRBO experience

The location of the unit was amazing. Perfect for our short stay for a family wedding. Right on the beach and within walking distance of pier and all of Malibu really. Love that there is a property-manager on-site. Unit is in need of some repair/updates. Moisture plays havoc. Sugar ants in food if left out. No A/C so can get very muggy indoors. Overall good first-time experience.

You can’t get any closer to the beach if you tried . So that was overall the best thing about this location. Listening to the waves was so relaxing. However the place definitely needs a make over, a deep clean and things need to be fixed before renting out! It was way over priced for for what you get.

Incredible location, incredible ocean views and sounds

It almost felt like we were on a boat… The tide comes way up and the balcony is over the water. The sound of the waves 24 seven was very soothing and amazing. The beach is incredible and you can have amazing walks. We loved swimming and just walking down to the beach- it’s so easy to just go down, barefoot and in your swimsuit, and then rinse off as you’re coming back up. Easy walking to Malibu pier and lots of shopping! There is no air conditioning, but you don’t need it as the ocean breeze is super nice. I easy parking and the linens and towels and blankets and shower curtain were brand new and clean… There is a little bit of updating that they need to do but nothing too drastic at all. They definitely need to update the cooking items and knives, but it sounds like they are doing that. In terms of communication, there wasn’t really any, probably because it is managed by a company. But that was too bad because it would’ve been nice to have a bit more communication. The on-site manager is really great though. We would definitely stay there again!

Great location, everything else was shoddy

Right on the beach, which is what we wanted. However, the apartment and complex was shabby and run down. The living room fold out couch was unacceptably uncomfortable, closet doors falling off the tracks, the stairs to the beach were dangerously rotten and unmaintained, hair in the utensil drawer, etc. etc. Not a suitable place for more than two people and not enough seating for relaxing in the living room. Disappointed…

Location is the main attraction

If your primary goal is to stay near/on the beach in Malibu for a decent price, then this is the right place for you. Overall there is nothing egregiously bad about this place but almost every aspect about it is fair(except the location). The owner was very responsive to me when checking in. The place itself is very small(we had 2 adults and two small children). I think this is more my fault then the owner as it clearly states the sq ft of the place on the listing - I just want to point it out for people looking to stay here with more than 2 adults. The sofa bed is really only sufficient for small children because of the thinness of the mattress. There are many areas of the apartment that have not been cleaned well or recently. There are many small cosmetic repairs that need to be made and as a result the place feels run-down. All locations outside the apartment(laundry, trash bins, storage area, path down to beach) were rather dirty and unkept. Some indoor area rugs and entry mats would help make the place more comfortable.

This was our second stay. We love the location. It would be nice to have more seating and seating that was more comfortable. The property is clean and everything was in working order. Angel, the property manager, is on site and available if there are any issues. (We had none.).

The apartment is in a great location, but the living room really needs some comfort additions: replace uncomfortable rocker with an armchair, replace old metal stools with dining chairs and perhaps add a rug.

Worst EVER. Dirty, worn, terrible

Rent frequently from VRBO but this was the worst property ever. Dirty, hair in sofa bed, sticky cabinets, access to beach rickety stairs, most lights burned out and upstairs an elephant whom we think is the owner. Posting late as they seemed very threatening and hesitant to post. No beach most of the time.
