NO ONE CARES
I was told there were extra towels under the bathroom sink. Not true.Had to beg for towels from room attendants on different floors because no one would help me at the front desk. These rooms are managed by a third party. That being the case the front desk wouldn't help me with anything. They couldn't even give me the correct phone number to request towels.There were bags of trash by the elevator for over five hours.I paid 75 for an early check-in. There was no record of it when I arrived.The valet lost my rental. Waited over 45 minutes. I had to take my friend to the airport by Uber and back by taxi for 75. The front desk could not help because "these rooms are managed by a third party"The room was clean, very comfortable and exactly as described. I feel sorry for the owner.I may be delusional but people go on trips to escape the every day aggravation. Here you have to pay for it.My strongest advice is never book through third party reservations. The host properties will not lift a finger to help you. Also research a property that some semblance of customer service.Lesson learned. Do not contact me as I have heard all the "we're so sorry regarding your experience" platitudes. Nothing more to say.I've heard it dozens of times. I want nothing from you.
