The Neighborhood:
Located between Miami and Fort Lauderdale, the Lyfe Resort & Residences offers a wealth of activities right there and in the surrounding area and easy access to the best shopping and dining Miami and Fort Lauderdale have to offer.

The Aventura Mall is about 20 minutes´ drive; the beach is just steps away. Guests of the resort can also quickly get to the Gulfstream Park (minutes away), Art and Culture Center, and plenty of other places of interest (restaurants, malls, golf parks, bars and clubs).

Getting Around:
From Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport (FLL), your stay is approximately a 20-minute drive away. Take US-1 S from Terminal Drive, then FL-848 W/ Stirling Rd, FL-7 S/ US-441 S, and Hollywood Blvd to South Ocean Drive. For those using public transport, take the Route 1 bus towards Aventura Mall, and get off at Hollywood Blvd & S Ocean Dr. From there, it’s a short 5-minute walk to 4111 South Ocean Drive.

The Hollywood area is well-served by multiple bus routes, with the nearest bus stops just a short walk from your stay, providing convenient access to various parts of the city. If you are arriving by train, the Hollywood Station is approximately a 10-minute drive away. From the station, you can take a quick rideshare or taxi to reach the property. Alternatively, take the Route 4 bus towards Aventura Mall and get off at the Hollywood Blvd & S Ocean Dr stop, followed by a short 5-minute walk to 4111 South Ocean Drive.

Local attractions include Hallandale Beach, offering a beautiful coastline perfect for a relaxing day by the water, and Boxroom Escape Games, providing a fun and challenging experience for all ages. Other Things to Note:
At least one guest has to be 21 years old. After we accept the reservation, please provide the names of all guests who will be staying, so we can register them at the hotel to facilitate your check-in process. If all necessary information is not provided 24 hours prior to your arrival, the reservation will be canceled.

There is a $40 per day + TAX resort fee that includes beach umbrellas, towels and chairs and has to be paid at the Hotel upon check-in. The building is conveniently located just steps away from the beach.

The Resort also charges the security deposit in the amount of $250 (credit card only). This fee also has to be paid at the Front Desk during the check-in.

Paid valet parking is provided by the Hotel ($38.38, credit card only).
