Marina Bay is a resort lifestyle gated community located near the Southwest Florida Regional Airport, in Ft. Myers, FL. Home to the Boston Red Sox & Minnesota Twins spring training facilities. With 1800 Square Feet of open living space, this home offers 2 Bedrooms with king beds each with private Bathrooms. Perfect for 2 couples/singles sharing a home. The Master suite boasts a king bed, TV, large closet and a large ensuite bath with dual sinks and private water closet. On the opposite side of the home sits a generous sized second bedroom with a king bed, TV, and the second full ensuite bathroom. The laundry room and powder room are between the bedrooms near the main living space.
Guests can enjoy the large Rear Screened Lanai with a view of the preserve and a 2 person hot tub. There is also a Weber Gas Grill available for your enjoyment. There is parking available for 2 cars in the driveway.
The open concept living and dining room offer the perfect gathering area for streaming your favorite shows and relaxing while enjoying the beautiful preserve views. The living space flows right into the kitchen area where you will find a full selection of kitchen necessities and all the comforts of home. Marina Bay is an exceptional community with lots of wonderful events. We have 2 bicycles & beach umbrellas and chairs if you decide to venture out.
