We are excited to offer our new 3-bedroom Santa Ynez home. Situated down a lane just minutes from the quaint vacation getaways of Solvang and Los Olivos, and some of the best wineries in the region, come and stay in our home and enjoy the best of what our Valley has waiting for you!
This Santa Ynez cottage is a new build completed in Summer 2023. Two miles from downtown Solvang, the clean 1200 sq ft home boasts designer finishes, state of the art technology, and open floorplan. A bright and airy living area features a 16' vaulted ceiling that overlooks quartz countertops, and stainless-steel appliances, with a large island and breakfast bar. Can't decide whether to eat inside or out? Bring the outdoors in with a 9' wide sliding glass wall system! Then wrap up your day with state-of-the-art Sonos sound and Samsung picture Frame TV, next to the cozy fire.
Three other sliders open to a wraparound patio off the living room and two bedrooms. The Master bedroom features a queen electric bed, along with an en suite bathroom with lighted mirrors and water closet, and a private patio from which to sip your coffee in the morning. The second bedroom also features a queen bed with walk out patio, and includes clean robes for using the adjacent bathroom with tub, shower and laundry area. A third bedroom contains 2 Murphy twin bunk beds (200lb max weight capacity on top bunk; 300lb max on bottom), as well as an office setup for working remotely. 4-zone heat & A/C installation ensures individual comfort on warm days or cool nights.
A myriad of lights inside and out illuminate the evenings with Lutron switches and dimmers--a true secluded treasure surrounded by palms and foot bridges in the heart of Santa Ynez wine country. The owners are retired and travel, so we respectfully ask that all patrons maintain the same meticulous care in which it was constructed. This is a “shoeless” house, so please stash them in the shoe bench next to the front door and bring your slippers!

Other IMPORTANT Notes:
There are 3 charming foot bridges on the property, which have a 6-10" drop on the edges. This could be a hazard for young children if unattended. Our 3-year-old grandson, however, LOVES them!
ALL SMOKING IS PROHIBITED INSIDE THE HOUSE. Outside on the patio is an option as long as it's not near an open door to the house.
Absolutely no additional guests on the property at any time that are not on the reservation or cleared by us ahead of time. No parties or gatherings, even if they aren't spending the night. We will cancel your reservation without a refund if you bring extra people on the property who are not pre-approved. Thank you for your understanding.
No loud music outside at any time. Please be mindful of neighborhood Quiet Hours 10pm through 7am.
Depending on your cell phone provider, cell signal may be iffy. But WiFi calling should be very reliable.
No access to garage or master closet.
