Die Via Laietana ist eine der wichtigsten Straßen, die das Herz von Barcelona mit dem Hafen verbindet. Zwischen Barcelonas emblematischem Gotischem Viertel und The Born (berühmt für seine großartigen Tapas-Bars, die gotische Kirche Santa Maria del Mar und das Picasso-Museum).

Dieses klassisch modernistische Apartment verfügt über hohe Decken und großzügige Proportionen. Es wurde nach höchsten Standards renoviert und bietet die beste Atmosphäre und den besten Komfort, um Ihnen einen angenehmen und einzigartigen Aufenthalt in Barcelona zu ermöglichen.

Die Wohnung befindet sich im vierten Stock, ist mit dem Aufzug erreichbar und hat tagsüber einen Concierge.

Obwohl sich das Apartment in einer der zentralsten Straßen der Stadt befindet, bietet die Lage der Schlafzimmer auf der Rückseite des Gebäudes mit Blick auf eine kleine Fußgängerzone die besten Voraussetzungen für eine ruhige Erholung. Die Wohnzimmerfenster (süd- und sonnig ausgerichtet) blicken auf die Dächer des typisch gotischen Viertels.

Es gibt eine große, voll ausgestattete Wohnküche mit allem, was Sie brauchen, um selbst zu kochen.

Die drei Schlafzimmer mit Bad sind mit hochwertigen Betten, Matratzen und 4 Kissen aus 100% Baumwolle und Handtüchern ausgestattet.

I Heard it was a Lovely Apartment

My spouse and I decided not to travel to Spain due to Coronavirus and I asked to cancel several days prior given only one person in our party was now going to be in Spain and all the space and cost associated of the place was too much but I was cited Home Aways strict cancellation policy. Since it was already paid for my girlfriend stayed and they did accommodate an early check-in which was appreciated and Julia, who met her to check-in and out was awesome. My girlfriend spent only two of the three nights we reserved as she ended up leaving early due to imposed travel restrictions. The time she did spend in the place made an impression as she said the place was lovely.

Christmas Vacation

Ideal location in historical center. Although unit is in a building on busy street, noise is muted if windows are closed. Rooms and amenities were as represented. Property manager was helpful in arranging transfer to and from airport. I recommend this property and property manager.

Like a 5 star hotel

This location and place are wonderful. We walked through Gothic quarter and to and from the beach. Although on a main road, we enjoyed quiet nights on comfortable beds with AC! Each bedroom has en suite bathrooms and extra doors for privacy! Perfect for couples or families!They have a stocked kitchen, robes, slippers, shaving kits, plenty of shampoo, conditioner, body soap.Can't say enough! Definitely highly recommend!It has everything you could want!

Great location and very clean apartment

The location of the apartment was fabulous and apartment was very spacious and clean. Juan met us at the apartment and was wonderful. He showed us around and explained everything. There were printed pages of tips around the city and all the details we needed to know about the apartment. We loved it.

Beautiful- great location - just as you see on home-away site but even prettier in person!!

We stayed at this beautiful property for four nights and upon arrival we were greeted by Jaun who was wonderful and went above and beyond!!!! We would not hesitate to recommend this property and when we visit Barcelona again, we are definitely staying here! From the initial booking to our arrival to our departure, everything was seamless and the bottle of cava and cookies were very sweet! We never cooked but did do one very small load of laundry and used the coffee machine a lot! We just loved our stay and miss Barcelona....what a lovely city❤️

Location is great! AC does not work!

Apartment is perfectly located!! Its very spacious too. However AC is on but never cools so it leads to hot restless nights. We had to buy fans & have manager bring fans too. One shower head in first bathroom does not work. New coffee maker works 50/50. If owner can address these issues the place overall would be great!

Beautiful apartment in great location

My four children and I had a wonderful stay in this beautiful, well-equipped apartment in Barcelona. The service and attentiveness we received was excellent - we all greatly enjoyed the wine and cookies left for us upon arrival. Kids also loved the wi-fi service and use of computer and printer. The location was fantastic - walking distance to many of the major attractions, sites and restaurants and easy trip to other parts of Barcelona. Would highly recommend this apartment.

Wonderful apartment in perfect location. Felt like a local.

Excellent location in safe part of Barcelona. Walking distance to most areas. 15 minute walk to beach. Juan and Claudia gave excellent communication before and during stay. Juan was very nice to wait an extra 4 hours to check us in when our flight was delayed. The apartment is beautiful and with all the amenities: Cloths washer, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine. The beds were very comfortable. Very quite apartment, good for sleeping. Loved our stay.

Highly recommend this lovely apartment!

Our party of 6 stayed here 18/07/17-24/07/17 and had a wonderful stay. The Gothic Quarter location was superb; walking distance to Picasso Museo, Santa Maria, and the Ramblas. The beds were very firm, but comfortable, and each bedroom has its own bathroom. Beach towels are provided, which came in very handy! The weather was brutally hot and humid, as you would expect in July. Although the apartment is air-conditioned, the unit was hard put to really cool down the rooms, in part because the beautiful ceilings are very high! We invested in small fans to put next to the beds and kept them with us for the rest our trip. We would politely suggest the owner consider adding fans for those guests who visit in summer or those extra-sensitive to heat. Really appreciated having an onsite laptop to research restaurants, buy tickets online, print out useful info. We had a couple of minor problems which were quickly taken care of by Juan, the very nice coordinator and local contact. It's easy to catch a cab (or bus) right outside the building door and a short walk to the metro stop. Excellent choice for couples or families traveling together.

Fantastic location with plenty of space

Great location and beautiful spacious apartment

It is an easy walk to the cathedral, Picasso Museum, the Ramblas and the beach. Subway is close by. The apartment was beautiful and very clean. Sleeps 6 comfortably. The air conditioning worked well on a hot weekend during by our stay. It is an expensive rental, but overall worth the price. Juan was very helpful,curteous and prompt. He was easy to reach by phone. We would definitely consider staying here again if we return to the city.

NOT 3 BEDROOMS - only 2 - otherwise great apartment and location.

Do not be fooled by three bedrooms! We booked this for two couples and a single person so that each of us would have their own bedroom. There are TWO bedrooms but the downstairs kitchen/ living area has a sofa bed which is the 'third bedroom!' This is a lovely apartment if you only need 2 bedrooms. We were a bit shocked when we saw the apartment - we did check the details and there it is more specifically described but really if something is advertised with 3 bedrooms that is what you expect. Extremely good location - can walk anywhere in the old town.

Great location!

The property was perfect for us. We took a girls trip and there were five of us total. We had more than enough space with the three beds and three bathrooms and the location was perfect! The condo was decorated very nice and it was easy to check in and out. I highly recommend this property!

Fantastic Barcelona stay

Our family of 6 stayed in this wonderful apartment for 3 nights at the start of our vacation. Every detail we asked for in advance was looked after! Taxis, grocery pu right down to extra pillows! Perfect location to see all the sights of Barcelona! Thanks to Diana and Juan for a great stay!

Great Place for family

This apartment was in a great location. We loved our family's late dinners in the many outdoor restaurants. The narrow streets fairly near us were very quaint and exotic. The apartment accommodated our family very well and we enjoyed our stay there. Best of all was Diana's helpfulness in planning pick ups and departures for us. She responded promptly to all our communications.

Wonderful upscale apartment in fantastic location.

We rented this apartment for four days. Our group included two 20 somethings and their Moms. Everyone loved the apartment. Juan checked us in and made sure we were comfortable. The location is fantastic for just about anywhere you want to go. The apartment is quiet, spotless with upscale amenities. It was hard to leave but we hope to return soon. Communications with owners was top notch as well. Thank you for the memories.

Fabulous start to vacation

There were three couples staying in this absolutely wonderful property. The apartment looked like a model apartment for Restoration Hardware. The location is perfect for exploring Barcelona. Juan the onsite manager was great, friendly and informative. The apartment was stocked with bottled water, coffee, tea, cookies and chocolate. We would recommend this property to anyone going to Barcelona.

Perfect location, Gorgeous home

We could not be more pleased with this home. The location was perfect for walking to most of our destinations and/or the hop on hop off bus tours. Jose was wonderful to deal with, pleasant and very helpful. The home easily accommodated 3 couples and all bedrooms/bathrooms were equally lovely. The living room and kitchen were very nice and had all of the amenities we required. We would highly recommend this rental to others. Barcelona is a wonderful city and this would be a great place to spend an extended stay to the city. Two nights were not enough!
