Completely renovated, air conditioned and pet friendly, this home is located in an incredible location right on Route 3 in Twin Mountain, in the heart of the White Mountains, with direct access to the snowmobile trail right from our driveway! And if snowmobiling is not your thing, you will enjoy the easy access to Bretton Woods (10 minutes away), Cannon Mountain/Franconia Notch (14 minutes away), Santa's Village (20 minutes), and hundreds of attractions, from the Cog Rail, Clark's Trading Post, Whale's Tale Water Park to the beautiful towns of Littleton, Bethlehem, Jackson and North Conway. With a dozen or so ski resorts within an hour drive, you'll want to make sure you have time to explore all that the area has to offer, and come back to a cozy, comfortable home managed by the area's premier vacation rental company.

On the first floor, the home welcomes you with a large kitchen stocked with all the essentials you need to a home cooked meal or a morning breakfast. Of course, Monroe's Family Restaurant is just a short walk away, so you may want to let someone else do the cooking for you! The first floor also includes a large living room area with large TV and a pellet stove to cozy up to on a warm winter's day, as well as a sunroom with foosball table and a wood stove - a great place to enjoy a morning cup of coffee as you enjoy the view of the sun rising over the snow covered mountains! Can you find Mount Washington? The Northeast' tallest peak is right there in your view! Finally, on the same floor you will find a bedroom with a king sized bed. A full bathroom with tub, shower, washer and dryer was just added to this level! Please note that the garage is used by our team and not for guest use. A firepit is available in the back yard - s'mores, anyone?

Upstairs you will find 3 additional bedrooms, and a full bath. One of the bedrooms has a king sized bed, while the other two each include a queen bed and 2 twin beds in cubbies - a kids favorite! Make this your home base to explore the White Mountains or for your ski vacation, and with so much to do, you may want to take advantage of our rates, which get lower the longer you stay!

PLEASE NOTE: Garage is not for guest use and may occasionally be accessed by our staff. The house is very easy to find - there is a Bretton Woods Vacations billboard in the front yard!

Short Term Rentals affect the neighbors and communities around them. We must do our duty to protect our local residents, our owners, our homes and the communities around us. These house rules are designed to make sure we comply with regulations and identify inappropriate behaviors that may cause tensions with our neighbors and other visitors. We want you to have an extraordinary experience with us and we share these rules up-front so that you can make an informed decision. We appreciate your understanding and your help, so that we can continue offering these amazing lodging options and ensure everyone has a enjoyable experience!
-Guest will be required to sign a rental agreement to comply with insurance requirements. You can view a sample agreement on our website.
-Check-in: Any time after 4PM; Check-out: 11 am. Unauthorized early arrivals or late checkouts subject to $100/hr fee.
- No Unauthorized Guests or Pets: Guest and pet count must match the number in your reservation. Please let us know if the number has changed. Unauthorized pets or guests subject to $300 fee and immediate termination of your stay with no refunds. Absolutely NO PARTIES without express authorization. Pet fee for pet friendly units ($100/pet per stay) is not included in Airbnb quotes.
-Quiet Hours: From 10 p.m. to 8 a.m., please keep noise to a minimum. During the day, please make sure noise levels are low enough not to bother others. No fireworks on property. A $100 fee may be imposed for violations of these rules.
-No smoking inside the unit; $250 cleanup fee.
-We are in Bear Country! No trash or food is to be left outside at any time; $100 fee for cleanup.
-We have relaxed our cancellation policies. However, please note that there will be no exception to these policies, for no reason, no matter what the circumstances. Travel insurance is available on our website and from a variety of other sources; it is the traveler's responsibility to decide whether to protect their purchase or not. Due to contractual obligations with property owners, we will not be able to make any exceptions under any circumstances.
-Our homes are in rural locations in the North Country. We live in a beautiful environment surrounded by pristine natural habitats, and share this land with a variety of animals. We do our best to ensure a proper balance between pest control and health concerns and appreciate your patience if a critter may find its way in. Our team is always available to come take care of it. To help prevent issues, please refrain from leaving doors propped open and avoid leaving food in open space which could attract rodents and/or insects.
- Rates are based on standard occupancy of 2 guests per bedroom. Additional guests, if allowed in the specific property, incur a $25/per person nightly surcharge. As long as the correct number of guests is provided at booking, this is included in the total rate shown at booking! Children under the age of 2 do not count toward occupancy.
