This apartment has a fully equipped kitchenette, a living area and a flat-screen Smart TV w/ Netflix, YouTube, and Spotify, among other apps. Private bathroom with a hot water shower and a hairdryer. A microwave, a small fridge, a stove, and a coffee machine are available.
Enjoy easy access to everything from this perfectly unit, on the second floor with approximately 500 square feet and features floor to ceiling window.

LIVING/DINNING: The living room area has a very comfortable sofa bed for relaxing viewing of your favorite movie on the flat screen TV. The dining area has a beautiful table with quirky seating for 4 people.

KITCHEN: The open kitchenette is equipped with a small fridge, top stove, microwave, coffee maker, cooking utensils, toaster, everything you need for basic meals.

ACCOMMODATION: The tastefully decorated bedroom has full size bed for two guests, side table, a small dresser, bathroom with shower. Available In living room a sofa bed for 1 or 2 guest.

AMENITIES: All of our properties are outfitted with freshly laundered bed linens and towels. We provide 2 bath towels per guest (no wash towels) and 1 beach/pool towel per guest. Our properties typically include at least 2 beach chairs and an ice cooler. We provide the disposable amenities necessary to get your vacation off to a comfortable start. These amenities are limited include hotel size soaps and shampoos per bathroom, 2 garbage bags, 1 roll of paper towel, 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, dish soap, dish sponge, and a small amount of laundry detergent. We do not provide unlimited disposable amenities. It is your responsibility to review what is included in the property and stock with whatever else may be needed for the duration of your stay. On the corner you have available 24/7 Walgreens and CVS.

NOTE: Remember that you're staying in a private apartment, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7.
The host will not pay for a hotel, vacation rental, or transportation expenses incurred because of an interruption in water or electrical service.
We will provide you with a key to access the building and the common areas such as pool, lobby, coin laundry and main entrance gate.

Parking: The apartment does not have parking, however there is parking lot very close to the condo. For a short beach vacation, a car is not needed, the apartment has an amazing location, and you can find anything you will need within walking distance.
Uber is also a great alternative for getting around if you decide not to drive.

LOCATION: One of the most popular neighborhoods, Condado, is especially popular, thanks to its beachfront location and its wide array of hotels, restaurants, shopping and nightlife. Few other areas in the metropolitan area have such diverse offerings, and few are as walkable as Condado. Condado, is one of the main tourist locations in San Juan, known for its restaurants, bars, great nightlife, the Condado Lagoon and very close to beautiful beaches. Also is very proximity to Old San Juan.

Other options:
1. Walk! the apartment is in the middle of Condado Area
2. Street scooters - It's very fun and easy to sightsee the area.
3. Uber: Distances are very short, and the airport is about 12 minutes.

We will have as much or as little interaction. Prior to arrival, you'll receive a message with few questions. After that you will receive another message which includes all the important check in instructions. Once settled in the apartment, most guests love to just enjoy the vacation on their own. After all, this is your place during your stay. So welcome to your vacation home.
TRAVEL INSURANCE
We strongly recommend that all guests purchase travel insurance, especially during the peak months of Hurricane Season, which are July to October. Travel insurance is inexpensive and will reimburse travelers for most expenses associated with canceling travel outside of the cancellation window; however, this will depend on what the coverage purchased covers.
