GETTING THERE
30 minutes west of Panama City, FL and 1 hour east of Fort Walton Beach, Rosemary Beach is a gorgeous beach town with many things to do.

PARKING
The parking lot is free for guests. You will be provided a parking pass.

ENTRY & CHECK-IN
Check-in: 4pm
Check-out: 11am
Early check-in/late check-out available for additional fee.
Your code will be provided after booking. Codes are changed after every guest.

BEDS
The two bedrooms have a king and queen mattress. Additionally, there is a full sized Murphy bed near the entrance and we provide a queen-sized air mattress for additional guests.

KITCHEN
- Fully stocked with brand new stainless steel appliances (oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, & microwave)
- Keurig & drip coffee machine
- Blender and basic cooking utensils
- Dishes & silverware for 6

AMENITIES
- We provide basic amenities such as shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels, trash can liners, laundry and dishwasher detergent, towels, coffee, tea, creamer, sugar, cooking oil, and salt & pepper. THINK OF THESE AS "STARTER KITS" - Highly recommend you bring extra items or personal preferences if you would like.

POOL & JACUZZI
During your stay, you will have access to a Caribbean-style pool and jacuzzi. Access codes are provided to confirmed guests.

BIKES & BEACH GEAR
During your stay you are provided complementary access to:
- 2 adult bicycles
- 2 portable backpack beach chairs. (2 additional backpacks available at the front office)
- 1 folding beach umbrella
- 1 beach cart to pull children or gear

If needed, you can rent additional bicycles for both adults and children with our partner, Vacayzen. We recommend reserving them in advance during the busier months. If you need any help, please ask us!

THE LOCATION
While we are only a 5-10 minute walk/bike ride to Rosemary Beach town and the beaches itself, we are technically in Inlet beach and do not have access to the private beaches. For public beach access, we are only a 5 minute bike ride.

Central air and heating is provided throughout the property. Please make yourself comfortable

High-speed! 300Mbps+ that is suitable for multiple people streaming videos, remote work, surfing the web, and answering emails.

OUTDOOR SPACE
The grill and patio are for your enjoyment.

Rosemary Beach is the primary attraction but there are multiple other attractions including boutique shops, restaurants, hiking at Camp Helen State Park, shopping and entertainment at Gulf World and Pier Park, golf, and more!

SECURITY
In an effort to keep the entire property more secure, we have installed a security camera on the front door.

OTHER DETAILS
Please note that we do not have access to the private, Rosemary beach. Only beachfront properties in Rosemary beach jurisdiction have access. We are 5-10 minutes bike ride to Inlet beach, a beautiful public beach.
