Nestled on the serene shore of Lake Alicia, “Hidden Heaven" is an impressive 5-bedroom, 5.5-bathroom retreat that offers the perfect South Walton escape for one or more families. Over 4,500 square feet of luxury space and west-facing outdoor space with a captivating lake, pool, and sunset views.

Hidden Heaven is tucked away in a quiet residential community, only a 8-minute drive to 30A or Grand Boulevard where you will find amazing restaurants, shopping, and attractions. Bring your Peloton cycling shoes to burn some calories on the Peloton in the upstairs bedroom positioned with views of the lake and pool. The house has a large driveway with plenty of parking with a 30’ RV space and electrical hookup. You will be a 5-minute drive to the beach, or Topsail Hill State Park.

INTERIOR SPACE
You will instantly fall in love with the spaciousness and luxury this home has to offer. As you step inside Hidden Heaven, you will love the meticulous design of the open entry, elegant living areas, and expansive ceilings. You’ll be drawn to stunning views of Lake Alicia and outside entertaining space. The pool, spa, gas firepit, and summer kitchen create the perfect place for your morning coffee, sunset cocktail, or family BBQ. Each bedroom features an ensuite bathroom and a private balcony.

First-floor living area includes a game room with a pool table, an office with desk/printer, and a sitting area surrounded by full-length windows to the pool, spa, and lake. Veer right into the massive great room, fully equipped kitchen, and dining table, sure to be the gathering spot. The great room includes a large sectional sofa, large screen TV, and views of the pool and lake. The kitchen has it all: full-size refrigerator, freezer/ice maker, oven, convection/microwave oven, dishwasher, large island with counter seating, and all the cooking gear you need for a family feast.

GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS
-Primary guests must be 25 years or older and provide a government-issued photo ID. All guests on the property must be registered and primary guest must complete host online check in and ID/age verification.
-Guest Screening: For the protection of you and others. Guest is required to give host permission to use a third party to verify their identity and check criminal databases prior to final confirmation of the reservation. Complete terms regarding the guest verification can be provided by the host.
-All bookings include $1,500 of Accidental Damage Protection. Guest agrees to pay for all damage and missing items not otherwise paid for by Accidental Damage Coverage, security deposit, or other form of payment.
-Cancellation. Your booking source payment and cancellation terms prevail.
100% refund if canceled within 1 day of booking (unless the booking is 30 days or less prior to arrival).
100% refund less $150 cancellation fee if canceled 30+ days prior to arrival.
