Unser Haus ist ein luxuriöser Urlaubsort, den Freunde und Familie gemeinsam nutzen und genießen können. Dieses dritte Haus befindet sich im schönen North Forest Beach, einer privaten Wohngemeinschaft, nur 100 Schritte vom schönen und nicht überfüllten Strand entfernt. Die Strände dieser Gegend gehören zu den privatesten der Insel. Ein zehnminütiger Spaziergang entlang des Strandes oder des Radwegs bringt Sie zum Coligny Circle mit seinen Geschäften, feinen und ungezwungenen Restaurants und Märkten.

Dieses einstöckige Haus mit einzigartigem Design verfügt über einen abgesenkten Wohnbereich und einen separaten Essbereich. Der Essbereich verfügt über Gewölbedecken und Oberlichter und führt zum privaten Pool. Neben dem Essbereich befindet sich die Waschküche.

Von den anderen drei Schlafzimmern ist das Hauptschlafzimmer mit einem Kingsize-Bett und eigenem Bad getrennt. Die anderen drei Schlafzimmer befinden sich auf der gegenüberliegenden Seite des Hauses, von denen eines über ein Kingsize-Bett mit einem eigenen Vollbad verfügt. Die anderen beiden Schlafzimmer teilen sich ein Bad. mit zwei Zwillingen in einem und einer Königin und einem Etagenbett im anderen. Zu den Extras gehören eine abgeschirmte Veranda, mehrere Flachbildfernseher und ein Pool in einem ruhigen und privaten Garten, für den gegen Aufpreis Wärme zur Verfügung steht (275 USD / Woche).

Dieses wunderschön angelegte Anwesen bietet einen umzäunten Garten mit großem beheiztem Pool (gegen Gebühr), Essbereich im Freien, Wohnbereich und Grill. Es gibt auch eine eigene Dusche am Poolbereich.

Das Elektronikpaket umfasst Highspeed-Internetzugang, Kabel, mehrere Fernseher, einschließlich 50-Zoll-Plasma-HDTV, Wii und DVD / Blu-Ray-Player.

Perfect Holiday Getaway!

We stayed at this beach house near Coligny Beach on Hilton Head Island during the week of Christmas, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. Hilton Head was absolutely beautiful during the holiday season, and this home made our vacation even better.The house was the ideal size for our family of four, with a layout that gave everyone plenty of room to spread out and relax. It was immaculately clean and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed. One of the highlights was just how close we were to the beach—being able to take a short stroll to the shore was amazing and made every day feel like a dream.Our overall experience was wonderful, and we’re so impressed that we’ve already booked another stay later this year! Amazing House in a Premium Location!!!

We've stayed at houses all over Hilton Head for the last 20 years or so, and this house is--hands down--one of the best values of any we've ever rented. The beach is maybe 30 steps from the front door, and the layout i perfect for extended families. The grill was in great condition and well-equipped (lighters, tools, brush, etc.), and the backyard area was ideally staged for long, leisurely afternoons hanging out around and in the pool. The kitchen is on the small side, as the listing notes, but there is a TON of extra counter space on the other side of the dining room table, so we took advantage of that. This was also one of the best-stocked kitchens--tons of silverware, plates, bowls, mugs, and glasses. Even with a big group, we never ran out of anything! Wayne responded to any questions or issues we had immediately. We couldn't have asked for a better host.

Spring Vacation

This was the perfect place for our stay on HHI. It is very close to the beach and Coligny Plaza. The house is clean, has lots of room to spread out, and is stocked with everything you need. We will be booking this property again.

Hilton Head Family trip

The whole family enjoyed our week in Hilton Head. This house is in a perfect location. Close to the beach was an accurate description especially when your family includes two young kids. The space was perfect for our family of 7 and the private pool was an added bonus. We will definitely book this property again. The hosts were quick to respond to just a few questions we had.

Excellent location and responsive owner

The location was terrific! Easy 2 minute walk to beach marker 65A and a nice 10 minute stroll to Coligny. House is spacious especially for hanging out in the evening. Pool was nice but requires daily upkeep due to leaves. Not a problem but you have to remember to do it. Experienced an issue with pool one time and the owner was very responsive. It did not disrupt our stay. We recommend the house and hope to stay there again.

Wonderful Spring vacation

Our family has been to hilton head vacationing many years. We have stayed in bigger homes, smaller homes... this one was just the right size and love having a single level! Having 2 master suites was wonderful. The open floor plan was very spacious, never felt crowded. Close proximity to beach is a must for us with toddlers. Heated pool was just the right size... patio was perfect.. some shaded, some sun! Our family utilized the screened in porch every day! Lunch, late night card games and a couple rain storms... that is a must for us from now on! The only things that could use some love.. the outdoor shower. I cleaned it up a little and cleared the drain out so we could utilize it. And the skimmer had a large hole in the net. The perfect home for our family's spring vacation! Can't wait to book again for next year! Thank you for sharing your home!

October Family Vacation

Being so very close to the ocean and wonderful beach was a bonus...but we loved the house with it's just right pool...Heater didn't work all the time but the pool guy was available on Sunday and beyond. Perfect spot near the beach

Just wrapped up a wonderful stay with two families at this great house. Perfect location steps from the beach and close to Coligny. Plenty of room to spread out and relax and we enjoyed evenings in the secluded backyard with plenty of shade. The owners were responsive to a couple of questions and the check-in couldn’t be easier. This house was so convenient to the beach, a simple 100ft walk. We loved the one story house for kids the next week for some older challenged seniors ( couple steps in the living area). Owner was great in being available. Pool was loved by all.

Excellent Home!

We absolutely loved everything about this house. The owners personally called me to make sure our stay was going good. I had there personal phone number is there has been a problem I felt confident I could have called. We had no problems. We way overpacked because I’m used to bringing all kinds of things I need that are not in the home, but not this home. You don’t need pool toys or beach toys or a cooler or a wagon. They even have a beach canopy which we didn’t even use but I found it the last day when I was checking under beds to make sure my kids didn’t leave any socks or toys Around. They are all there. The kitchen is perfectly stocked. The oven is a small one so take note of that. It cooked beautifully though. The home was a great 1 minute walk to the beach, a 15 minute walk to coligny, a 5 minute bike ride. This location is far enough away from coligny area that it was super private beaches. There were a few days that we were the only family out there. But it was close enough to walk to get ice cream or to shop. The pool was amazing in the middle of May without it being heated. The back yard was a dream. The screened in porch was perfect when the pesky mosquitos came out in the evenings. Or to sneak out and have coffee on in the mornings while it’s still dark to read your Bible and start your amazing day. The grill worked great. The outside shower had hot water. I can go on and on. We hope we can stay here again in the future Lord willing. The only con I’d I wish they would leave a few more trash bags, laundry pods, and dishwasher pods. They left 3 of each but we stayed for 7 nights with 11 people so I had to run out And buy more of those things. I wish I would have known there would only be 3 I would have brought them from home and saved $50 from having to buy them on the island. But even with that tiny inconvenience, it was the perfect home for our Family. Thank you so much!

Great family vacation

Thank you for sharing your home with us. We had 8 adults and had plenty of room. The house is very comfortable with plenty of seating. The beach is such an easy walk and just beautiful! We rented bikes which I feel is a “must have” even if you haven’t been on a bike in years. The shopping plaza has nice stores and delicious restaurants and only a short bike ride away. We spent many mornings and afternoons at the private pool. This was our first time in Hilton Head and we absolutely loved it and are already talking about our next trip to this home. Mary Jo and Wayne are native Philadelphians who moved to Dublin, Ohio in 1981. They have been married for 54 years and have 4 sons and wonderful daughters-in-law who have given them 7 beautiful grandchildren. Wayne retired from the Navy with the rank of Commander after 22 years of service. Wayne teaches entrepreneurship, ethics and business management at Franklin University. Mary Jo has a very active list of volunteer activities that keep her busy.

We've been visiting Hilton Head since 1984 and have fallen in love with the island. Having grown up visiting the Jersey Shore, we've discovered Hilton Head offers many more amenities. Our home is nestled in a secluded residential area, ensuring our beaches are never overcrowded. Just a few steps away from the beach, our location is also conveniently close to shopping, restaurants, and grocery stores, all within walking distance.
The island boasts an unparalleled assortment of restaurants, bars, and entertainment venues, surpassing any we've encountered elsewhere. We're within an hour's drive of Savannah or Beaufort and only two hours from Charleston, all of which are charming southern cities offering a wealth of additional activities.
